«This home was great for our stay, total of 15 people from ages 1 to 60 for 3 nights. Some of us ventured out for some local activities but you really don't need to especially if there is good weather. We tried fishing in the pond, played basketball, soccer, pool, had an easter egg hunt, enjoyed smores at the firepit, and more. The living room area is much bigger than the pictures give credit for. «We had a great stay at the Chalet. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were very inviting. The Chalet is a quick 10-15 minute drive from all the dining and shopping in Jim Thorpe. We went back and forth a few times and it was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here! We'll be back in the warmer (less icey) weather to do some hiking and more exploring! »

«Clean for the most part. The dishes and silverware were all put away with something crusted still on it. Only one bottle of hand soap for the entire house. The front door has cracks in it that let in light and sound. Cars drive through quickly, so it sounds like speeding cars are right next to you. If anyone is in the top bunkbed, they better not ever move or the whole thing turns into a squeak factory. Host response time was quick and very polite. Check in was easy.»
