Feriehjem i Kumanovo

«Saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal.

«The people working at the Hotel was super nice and so helpful, they should work in a 5 star hotel.»

«Ganske dårlig. Det var lite renslig toalett, og stue. Sengen var ikke klargjort. Ganske skuffet over kavlitet fremfor hva det ble beskrevet.»

«The best service I have every received. I was staying one night with my friend from 29.-30. of June and the receptionist was the nicest person I have ever met. Honestly I have travelled a lot and he has so far been the best receptionist, he NEEDS a raise. He helped us call a taxi, helped with Macedonian money, went out of his way to help us with our luggage through the restaurant and out to the street. Now I absolutely believe there are some genuinely good people in this world :)»

«We spent only one night there. The room is spacious (family room) with one kingsize and two single sleeping sofas for two people in the small room adjacent to the main room. The toilet was smelling :( Breakfast selection is fine, and the hotel located very close to he old town. Kids used the swimming pool on the upper floor - I think it is not very suitable for adults. Free parking at the hotel premises.»

«When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!»

«The stay was great the only thing we would have wanted was a few more square feet of hotel room. Great recommadation for supper.»

«Amazing hotel and the location. It was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the only improvement required is from housekeeping staff. For instance, we were not given enough towels for 4 persons and had to call reception for replenishment of shampoos, toilet rolls etc. as housekeeping would sometimes forget to see it during cleaning. Overall, it was an excellent experience with very good spa services.»
