«My family (spouse, 2 teenagers) had an amazing time at Kīhei Sands. It’s a really great spot. The condo (B10) was super clean and comfortable. The access to the ocean was just steps away. It’s a pretty chill section of the bay so the water is great for little kids as well. There’s also a swimming pool and a community area with chairs, tables, and a couple grills. «The room was filthy dirty, infested in roaches. The sink to one of the bathrooms wouldn’t drain, urine stains were all over the pocket doors to the restrooms. All pillows were yellow and stained. The management just dropped off a Ross bag with new linens after we called to complain. No other solution was offered, all they suggested was that we would cancel our stay and rent elsewhere.
