I had a miserable 2-night stay here. The air conditioning failed in the middle of the first night, and I woke up drenched in sweat because the room was incredibly hot.
I informed the host in the morning before heading to work. While they offered a technician then, I was out and couldn't be there. However, the real frustration started when I returned. At 8:40 PM, the host claimed a technician was on the way. Instead of actually fixing the issue, the host spent the next hour making me do "stupid" troubleshooting tasks: resetting remotes, hunting for non-existent spare remotes, and fiddling with the electric card slot. I even sent a video proving it wasn't working, but they kept stalling.
By 9:40 PM, the technician still hadn't arrived, and they said they’d send staff again. By 10:23 PM—still nobody. When I finally asked for a different unit, they told me a manager was "on the way" and would only give me a new unit if the manager couldn't fix it.
I was left waiting like a donkey until the manager finally showed up at 11:00 PM. After a quick check, they confirmed it was an electrical fault (which I had been saying for hours) and offered me a room change then. By that point, I was exhausted and it was far too late to pack up and move.
The host was unresponsive for long stretches and wasted 2 hours and 20 minutes of my night with empty promises. Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of money. Avoid this place.
