The exclusive, newly built upper-floor apartment “Wildente” is located in a quiet yet very central area (about 500 m from the town center) and offers 65 square meters of space for up to 2 people. Furnished with designer furniture and lighting in the style of a boutique apartment, featuring a designer bathroom and generous windows spanning two floors, it offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

An open, light-filled living/dining area with a fully equipped integrated kitchen opens onto the balcony through a large window front, featuring patio furniture and an electric awning. For entertainment, a 55-inch Samsung TV, a Blu-ray Disc player, and a Teufel premium digital radio with over 1,000 radio stations are available.

The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) with handmade mattresses in two firmness levels, mattress toppers from TRECA, Paris, as well as duvets and pillows (including a special neck pillow) from Fischbacher, St. Gallen, Switzerland—perfect for those who place particular importance on a good, restful night’s sleep. A large built-in closet offers plenty of storage space and a built-in second TV (Samsung, 43 inches).

The bathroom, featuring a frameless 100x100 cm glass shower, an exclusive shower experience with Grohe Smart Control—including a 2-jet rain shower and a designer hand shower—a double sink, a large mirrored wall, a heated towel rack, and a radio, serves as your own little wellness oasis.

In addition, this apartment offers a private parking space directly in front of the building, a lockable bicycle storage room, electric blinds, blackout options, fly screens, and Wi-Fi.

Two electric bicycles (Husqvarna, 8-speed, coaster brake, 2 sizes, with baskets) are available for use at your own risk. (This is a complimentary offer, subject to availability.)
