Marina Kröslin is located on the mainland across from Peenemünde, the well-known museum town home to the famous Historical Technical Museum. As the only 5-star marina in the Usedom region, it is attracting more and more recreational boaters. In addition to an exclusive sailing experience, it offers relaxation, excellent service, and natural beauty. A first-class and easily accessible sailing and water sports area, nestled in a beautiful, unspoiled Bodden landscape with abundant pristine nature, lush reeds, and clean water.



Zudar Houseboat:

The “Zudar” is a houseboat from the “Seemobil” series—the most ship-like of all houseboats. It was launched in the summer of 2012 at Marina Kröslin and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The Seemobil offers everything that makes a stay in this house pleasant and truly unique: plenty of glass and an optimal layout of the two bedrooms and the living area, complete with a spacious terrace.

Covering a total floor area of approximately 50 m², the houseboat features a living area with an open-concept kitchen, a terrace, and additional outdoor space, along with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate restroom with a sink. The upper deck features an additional sun deck. The lower level features an electric grill. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. In the living room, a TV, CD player, and DVD player provide entertainment.

The Zudar houseboat is a smoke-free property.
