I am not sure if the words 'deep spot' or 'floodplain' are enough to define it in english or not. So let me try to :)

Floodplains are rarely seen ecosystems. 
It seems like a forest is flooded, but it's not! 
It's the normal form of the forest and all trees are adapted to live with water. At some part of it where is more shallow, you can see how tree roots are mutated and change shape above the ground.
