«We were a group of seven friends that had booked the villa that Ifigenia owns. On the home page of hotels.com it says that the villa is in the center of the old town in Chania. When we arrived we discovered that the villa was located far away, up in the mountains. We spent 100 Euro on two taxis to go to the villa and back to town! "We stayed at this hotel for our 10 day honeymoon and booked a room with a private pool. As a wonderful surprise, we were upgraded to the private pool room with the most sunshine, and we also received a complimentary dinner at the restaurant. The room was beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had most of our dinners at the buffet restaurant, which offered an incredible variety of delicious food. There was something for everyone, and everything we tried was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."
