Perfect place for our stay. Room was tidy and very clean and was well maintained by housekeeping throughout our 4 days here. Shower was great and bed extremely comfortable. The Hotel is only a 10 minute Bolt or Uber to the Old Town Centre so also in a very convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

Staff allowed me to store a large bag a week before my actual stay there and before I entered Ukraine - and allowed me access the fitness facility after hours to clean up after 2 days of travel. It was helpful beyond belief and the other service aspects of the hotel and its personnel are excellent.

Mediocre place with a good price point
Hotel is in an area full of construction. Parking (50 zloty per day) gets full quickly on the weekends and there is not enough spaces for the hotel. The rooms were small. Beds were also small and hard and although a new hotel, things were already failing. Small light fixtures were loose, sink leans to the right where the soap dish is, so all the water on the counter slides to the floor, shower door rubber trim was coming off. Breakfast was mediocre and not the most fresh. Way too many kids in the area and all using the business computers to play video games. Even my preteen kid said it was too much. Hotel was about 1.5-2km outside city center and you needed to take a Bolt or taxi (if they could find you). The price was decent but we would not stay again.

This brand new hotel is excellent. £4 by taxi to Old Town but the building site around confused my satanav so it was a bit tricky to get to the main entrance. Once the building site is finished it will be great!
