Dear Aaron, We are very saddened that you have not enjoyed your stay. You have stayed with us for four days after check in and you have visited our restaurant several times. We are very surprised that you are unsatisfied because during stay and checkout you seemed very happy with our services. Our staff even offered you free late check out, and then they have extended checkout time for a second time. On the first day of your stay there was smoke detected in your room and it triggered fire alert in the hotel. Our staff has come to your room to check if you are safe and if there is a fire hazard - as it is our legal duty. Our receptionist has informed you that all of our rooms are non-smoking and it is forbidden to smoke in the hotel - you can get a fine or be expelled from hotel. Making reservation and signing registration card is a roof that you agree to our terms and conditions. There is a place in our patio for smoking. We are sorry that this rule have ruined you impression of your whole stay. We care about comfort and health of all our guests. We humbly apologize if our staff was unfriendly or disrespectful while explaining those rules. We hope that you had great stay in Kraków despite this incontinence.
