Meget god plassering og god standard. Leiligheten er ikke den største, men er pent innredet og møblert. Nett fungerte godt. 4 trapper opp uten heis så det passer nok best for yngre folk.

Absolutt fantastisk!!
Leiligheten var kjempefin!!! Stor stue med åpen kjøkkenløsning, koselig glassveranda og 3 flotte soverom med veldig gode senger. Nydelige bad. Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt med kort gåavstand til torget og Galleria Krakowska som er et utrolig flott kjøpesenter! Anbefales virkelig, dette blir mitt førstevalg neste tur til Krakow! De organiserte også transport til og fra flyplassen.

Big appartment..
The appartment was big. But if you ask me you could change the kitchen table (to high) and the sofa. The sofa was and looked terrible. The receptionist at the last day was great. I ordered a big taxi to the airport the last day. We got a small car. We waitid 25 minutes before we got a new car. This is not ok. We are also waitibg for a refund for the trip last time between 11-18 juni 2019. The elevator didn’t work for 3 days abd we had the appartment on the 5th floor. We told the girl that we meet 24 oktober. We have not heard anything yet. I like Fragola, easy to book appartments/taxi, and they are serviceminded.

Fraråder på det sterkeste! 1 - Uprofesjonell, og dårlig service Ikke glem noe igjen på hotellet for de forsvinner sporløst og etter reglene til leiligheten så står de ikke i ansvar på gjenglemt eller forsvunnet eiendeler i eiendommen. ( Du vil få en lang melding om reglene til hotellet ). Og de er ikke hjelpsomme da jeg kontaktet de da jeg oppdaget dette men jeg fikk svar på at jeg hadde mistet den ute, før de har sjekket rommet eller kontaktet sine ansatte for å undersøke ;) 2 - Beliggenhet Når du søker hotellet via hotels.com, så skal leiligheten være 200 meter fra Mariakirken. Men dette stemmer ikke, det er resepsjonen som ligger 200 meter fra Mariakirken, men leiligheten vi leier ligger 4 ganger lengre unna. Og selvfølgelig er det min feil (IGJEN) siden jeg ikke leste beskrivelsen ordentlig. Siden jeg måtte se at ved valg av hotellet så måtte jeg se etter en parentes med et annet gatenavn(!) kun dette, ikke noe annet viser til at leiligheten ligger i en annen plass. 3 - Pris Denne er dyrere enn andre hoteller/leiligheter som er nærmere hovedgatene, da jeg søkte men valgte denne da jeg trodde denne lå mer sentralt. Dette er den verste opplevelsen jeg har noen har gang opplevd, og jeg kommer aldri til å leie denne igjen.

Great apartments in the Old Town
Very, very nice apartments. Good bed, big bathroom, kitchen, etc. You don’t need anything else. The sofa could have been better, and no air condition? :/ Good location in the old town, and only 5 min walk from the shopping mall. We had rentet apartment on 5th floor. Elevator was broken, but they offer a new place or price reduction. Good service. I recommend this apartment, but not in the summer time with no air condition. Also lot’s of sound from the park/road. Good to know for noise sensitive people.

Great location
The location is great, close to the main square and plenty of restaurants/bars etc. The self check-in worked great except the code to the key box was wrong in the e-mail I received. The error was cleared up in seconds by calling the reception, so no problem. The apartment was clean. The location great. It’s a bit noisy outside due to the central location. It was very warm and no air-con, but a couple of fans made it alright. The bath had a shower with a tube so short you have to crouch to wash your hair. Otherwise everything was fine at a great location at a fair price. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is very close to the old town square and is in walkable distance to the train station (7 minutes). The property was very nice and provided us the opportunity to cook our own meals (which we didn't) and both our son and us had our own suite which was perfect - two bathrooms were also included

It looks like you had a fantastic stay! The proximity of the old town square and the distance to the train station is extremely convenient. The ability to cook your own meals, even if you haven't used it, adds an extra layer of comfort. Having separate apartments for you and your son and two bathrooms certainly made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. It's great to hear that the apartment provided everything needed for a great experience.

Th facility and the room were kept very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The only thing I feel other visitors should know is that the address will vary depending on which area of the Fragola Apartments you stay in. The address I was provided was not accurate for the area of my apartment which caused confusion upon arrival and for my tour pickup point. My airport pickup driver, booked through the Fragola Apartments was amazing, very helpful, and I owe him my gratitude for helping me find the location and get in safely. The street of my apartment was closed off for a lot of construction. However, when I attempted to schedule airport drop off with Fragola, I did not get a response from them and ended up having to order an uber.

Beautiful Apartment
The apartments are not on the square as advertised on the map and by Hotels.com that is reception, the apartments are out of the square but only an 8min walk. The communication with the staff was excellent and they booked us a taxi to and from the airport which was very reasonable. There were 2 bedrooms and we asked for 2 singles in one room as it's 2 doubles, for the children and they did this for us, from our experience most hotels forget but we were really grateful they had remembered. The apartment was beautiful, I would love my house to look like that. It was very clean and there was water in the fridge, tea, coffee etc. too. My son said about the place that I'd excelled myself this time! If I go to Krakow again I would definitely stay there.

Excellent apartment right on the main square
A wonderful apartment. Very clean and quiet location right by the main square and cathedral. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars very close by. Apartment is on the third floor accessed by stairs only... No lift. That was ok for me but my Mum struggled a bit. Communication from the apartment owners was brilliant and they very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Great stay, clean & a super location to the town. Just struggled trying to get in the first time as it was dark & there’s three entrance doors so our only feedback would be is to make the process of accessing these doors with the codes slightly clearer.

Very comfortable stay in this charming old building apartment. It was just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main district, but easily walkable for all of our sightseeing purposes. The ramen restaurant down the street, Kinki Noodles was a very delicious option.

The apartment is exactly as described. The bath and sauna were very much appreciated after a long day walking. Bed was a little firm for our liking but the apartment was very clean and the location between the Old Town and Jewish Quarter was perfect.
