Flott hotell med hyggelig betjening. Greit med tog til/fra flyplassen med ca 10 min gange fra hotellet. Nært restauranter/barer/atraksjoner. Hadde ett opphold fra onsdag-søndag. Fint nærliggende (15-20min gange) til julemarkedet. Litt dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen.

Bra beliggenhet. Veldig dårlige senger.
Nylig renovert og fint hotell med perfekt beliggenhet mellom Kaizimers og gamlebyen. Ekstremt harde senger, har reist veldig mye, men dette er den hardeste sengen vi noen gang har sovet i. Spurte i resepsjonen om kanskje overmadrassen manglet, men de påsto at det var samme senger på alle rom. (har video av at jeg står i sengen uten at jeg synker ned i sengen) Ekstremt varierende varme på vannet i dusjen. Veksler mellom at du bokstavelig talt brenner deg og at du fryser. Reiste heldighvis uten barn, men dette hadde vært direkte farlig hvis barn hadde dusjet.

Anbefales på det sterkeste!!
Fineste hotellrommet vi har hatt noen gang. Utrolig kult og unikt hvordan hotellet tilbyr frokost på rommet, bytte vaskehjelp mot bla. glas prosecco eller sen utsjekk. Bra Wifi og smart tv på rom. Veldig romslig både rom og bad. Dette oppholdet kommer vi til å leve lenge på.

The hotel was excellent- very modern ,very clean, lovely room well maintained and cleaned. Mostly quiet- normal traffic not a problem but even though the main tram route passed ourside it wasn't disturbing and didn't wake you. The food was faultless and every member of staff was friendly, efficient and very hard-working. Special mention for two restaurant/bar staff Ania and especially Inna- nothing too much trouble! Thank you. Highly recommended hotel 5*

Stayed here for 4 nights in March 2024. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of public transport as well as many of the tourist sights. Hotel is spotlessly clean, bedding and towels changed daily. Despite being on a main road, it is very quiet both in the rooms and communal areas. Paid £3 extra per person per night for breakfast which was exceptional value for money, even had a packed lunch one day when we were leaving early for a trip. Staff are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel clean friendly staff but ….. Breakfast was terrible buffet cold scrambled egg mixed veg to name a few No bacon at all we enquired on first morning to be told it changes every day after 4th morning still no change thankfully the continental was just about edible Needs a lot of attention before we return there shame it spoiled the rest of the hotel

Great location! The facility was gorgeous. The room was comfortable and worth the money. The location is so central. The front desk workers were very polite. The only issue our shower wouldn’t drain and it flooded the bathroom. They did not offer to clean or fix the shower drain.

Amazing hotel in the Jewish Quarter. Staff here are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of options and it stocked well. The room we had was spacious and ideal for us. A top hotel in a fantastic location. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay here again.
