Veldig godt hotell med strålende service. Vi hadde noen flotte dager på Panan. Hotellet er noe slitt enkelte steder, men all over veldig bra og kan anbefales. Glimrende plassering sentralt i Ao Nang.

Et ok opphold. Mye støy på hele anlegget, ute ved bassengområde og inne på rommene. Hyggelig personell. Enkelte defekte ting som burde vært fikset på en enkel måte, eks. Løse gulvplanker osv. Godt utvalg i frokostbuffé.

Uteområdene er relativt trange og smale, og det er vanskelig å finne ledige plasser ved svømmebasseng. Hotellet fint, men lengt unna den ratingen hotellet selv gir. Dette er i nedre sjiktet av 4 stjerner. Noe slitt på overflater til å være et ganske nytt hotell. Gode senger. Og betjeningen er veldig serviceinnstilte.

Great hotel with an amazing staff. The pool area, restaurant and rooms were clean, and they had a great breakfast with lots of choices. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach. There are also a lot of great restaurants in the area. My boyfriend and I were so unfortunate that we got hit by a motorcycle when crossing the street on our second day of the holiday. The staff could not have been more amazing! They showed up at the hospital several times to ask how we were feeling and if they could help us with anything. They helped us with cancelling our next hotel stay and a boat trip we had booked, and also brought us some of our personal belongings to the hospital. When my boyfriend was released they told him not to get a cab to go back and forth to visit me at the hospital, as they wanted to personally drive him. Their great service made our stay at the hospital much more pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel because of the staffs great service. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Ao Nang.

Veldig fornøyd
Veldig fint opphold på panan hotell for 10 dager. Rommet var stort og romslig, rent og pent. Personalet på hotellet var hjelpsomme, og frokosten var god. Alt i alt, veldig fornøyd!

Grei beliggenhet
Dette er et ganske nytt og stort hotell. Her er det super frokost, og nydelig bassengområdet. Vi hadde tilgang til bassenget fra rommet, det var supert. Ellers syntes jeg dette er helt uten sjarm. Dette er ikke Thailand for meg.

Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste
Veldig bra hotell. Kjempefint og barne vennlig basseng. Rommet var rent og veldig bra. Til frokost ble det servert både Thai og internasjonal mat som var veldig bra. Service på hotellet var kjempebra. Hadde ingen negative opplevelser. Beliggenhet er ca 5 min å gå til stranda. I hovedgata, rett utenfor hotellet, er det mange restauranter og barer. Kan anbefale blant annet The Jungle Kitchen.

Familievennlig Hotel i Ao Nang
Vi hadde litt problemer med innsjekking, men etter det var alt bra. Hotellet er nytt og har god standard. Det er et veldig barnevennlig Hotel, som ligger i hovedgaten ikke langt fra stranden. Maten på hotellet var også veldig bra.

Flottt hotell med fin beliggenhet
Vi bodde på dette hotellet i 10 netter. Det er mye bra med hotellet men også noen minuser. For det første er det et veldig fint hotell med store komfortable rom og bad.Fint bassengområde spesielt bassenget på taket. Akkurat fin ti minutters spasertur til stranden og utenfor byens restaurantstøy. God frokost men de hadde ikke bacon de første syv dagene.Da kom baconet men det var nesten ikke stekt. De hadde ikke gjort rent rommet våres første dagen og man må bytte Strandhåndkle i resepsjonen. Noe vi ikke ble informert om. Da vi sjekket ut ville vi at de skulle ringe etter taxi til oss men det kunne de ikke. De kunne kun formidle kontakt til deres egen transport som vi måtte ha ventet en halv time på og som kostet tre hundre Bath mer enn en ordinær taxi.Som om ikke det var nok påstod de at vi ikke hadde betalt en regning for en middag vi hadde hatt på hotellet som jeg hadde betalt ti minutter før. Heldigvis hadde jeg fått kvittering.Bortsett fra disse små irritasjonsmomentene hadde vi ett flott opphold på hotellet.

Flotte fasiliteter, god frokost og service. Veldig sentralt med tanke på uteliv, samtidig litt unna hovedgaten slik at man slipper støyen. Ca 10 minutter å gå til stranda. Hotellet er nytt og har god standard. Trådløsnettet fungerer godt.

Veldig bra opphold. Suveren frokost og fine rom! Eneste var at det rengjorde ikke rommet den ene dagen og kanskje litt «sløv» vasking av nattbord og slikt. Supert at man kan bestille utflukter fra hotellet. Lett å komme seg ut å utforske!

Perfekt sted for å slappe av
Fantastisk. Eneste negative var litt småmaur på badet, selv om vi bodde i 7. etasje. Men det er vel kanskje pga at gangene er utendørs? Ellers var alt veldig rent og pent, nytt og fresht design. Utmerket service, veldig god mat i restauranten også. Utrolig behagelige senger, vi hadde king size så den var enorm. Romslig balkong med nydelig utsikt. Vakre omgivelser. Skal definitivt tilbake dit en gang!

Everyone was so nice. It was very clean and there were lots of events going on: cooking classes, rock climbing, excursions, etc. The staff was amazing and always making sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our stay. Location is convenient. If we come back to ao nang, we will definitely stay here again.

It is a short distance away from the beach. There are many eateries and small shops around. It's about a 20 min walk away from the night market. The hotel itself had a great view from the room and rooftop swimming pool. Staff are very accomdating. Very very clean.

The hotel was good and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was a bit random but offered a lot of variety. We didn’t go in the pool areas but they looked very nice. The only issue we had was the housekeeping which kept taking things out of the room for cleaning but not replacing them, ie towels and robes. They would also leave collect rubbish and dirty mugs some days but not others. The staff were incredibly accommodating, I had accidentally not booked enough nights and they were super helpful about getting me another night and arranging transport back to the airport. We also got a sea view room and to be honest the majority of our view was of another hotel. So if I was going back I probably wouldn’t opt for that type of room.

Panan está increíble, su personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son hermosas y tiene una excelente ubicación. Creo que lo único que podrían mejorar es ampliar el horario de uso de alberca hasta las 10 pm y que en el desayuno buffet pongan alguna nueces

The ac did not work for the 3 nights we stayed here. The hotel knew about the schedule maintenance but did not prepare the hotel and make sure guests are comfortable. It’s 95 degree everyday here. There’s no ac at the restaurant when we eat breakfast. Even when it’s working for a short period of time, they set the auto temperature to 82 degree! We make it lower and 10 mins later it would jump back up. We contacted the front desk to get this fixed. It was fixed for a night then it’s back up to 82 degree in the room. We must had contacted them 10 times throughout the trip to get this fixed. Also, the electricity shuts off everyday for 10 mins several times a day. They didn’t warn the guests about it. We can’t shut off the lights in the bathroom. We are told the fridge doesn’t stay cold and don’t put many things in there! All in all, it’s a nice concept resort. Pool is nice but they gotta do better to make the guests comfortable and don’t cheap out on the ac!!!!
