Rolig men sentral beliggenhet
Vi hadde to flotte uker over jule-og nyttårs helgen på Krabi La Playa. Hotellet svarte fullt ut til våre forventninger. Flott beliggenhet, rolig men sentralt med kort gå avstand til begge hovedstrendene og til mange restauranter og butikker. Flott service fra alt personale enten det var i restauranten, baren, resepsjon eller rengjøringspersonalet. Alltid vennlige og imøtekommende Flotte uteområder med 4 bassenger samt et lite avgrenset "babybasseng". Kunne kanskje ventet litt større utvalg/variasjon til frokost-buffèen, men egentlig var det mer enn nok og alltid av god kvalitet, inkl nylaget omelett eller speilegg etter ønske. Store og romslige rom (kunne ønsket litt mer skap-./hylleplass) med stort velutstyrt bad og stor overbygget terrasse. Alt i alt et meget behagelig opphold selv om man tross alt ikke kunne gjøre noe med det varslede uværet siste del av oppholdet, som heldigvis ble mye mindre i Ao Nang området enn det som var varslet.

Rolig, sentral beliggenhet
Hotellet har en fin rolig beliggenhet med kort gang avstand fra både sentrum og de to nærmeste strendene. Flott uteområde med total 4 basseng. Vi har opplevd både øyturer og tempelbesøk. Enkelt skikkelige regnbyger som heldigvis gikk fort over.

Utrolig bra pool og frokost! I tillegg er de ansatte svært serviceinnstilte. Resorten ligger svært sentralt, med gå-avstand til alt av restauranter og shopping.

Helt ok rom
Rommet var det jeg vil si ett helt ok rom. (Stor plass) Dessverre mye firfisler i rommet (vi hadde fire som var i taket hele tiden og to på altanen) Dette gjorde at vi synest det var litt ubehagelig å bo der. Rommet er pent og ryddig, ligger i gåavstand til alt, på enden av gaten så ligger litt skjermet til også. Ett "klasse hotell" med serviceinnstillte ansatte. Svømmebassenget var flott. Vi spiste aldri der siden vi bare var en natt. Alt i alt litt bedre enn gjennomsnittet vil jeg si, men prisen deretter også.

Veldig bra hotell. God service. Var ikke helt fornøyd med rommet vi fikk, men fikk byttet uten problemer og omkostninger. Like ved gå-gaten. Hyggelig basseng-område. Vennlig personale.

Veldig bra hotell
Hotellets restaurant har god mat, rommene er store og rene, bassengområdet er helt utrolig. Hotellet ligger også veldig nær både Ao Nang beach og Railay beach. Jeg vil virkelig anbefale dette hotellet.

OK for a quick stop nothing majorly wrong nor anything exciting about it. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Staff is ok not as friendly or helpful as we normally experience in Thailand but as before not bad neither just below average. The beds where really good thought.

We read good reviews about this place, but unfortunately, the day we arrived the city had an electricity shortage, so no energy until 5:30 pm. The weather in Krabi is insanely humid and hot, so we were melting. When we entered the room the smell was moldy, super hot and so noisy because we had a pool view like most of the rooms. With too many kids, we could not get any rest even with the windows closed. On the way to the room, we saw that the place was not clean at all, with a tray with dirty plates outside of the room. And the bed in our room had a stain, overall this is an old construction but not well maintained. If you are traveling to have some rest, this is not the place at all, this is family-oriented which is annoying for someone looking to have some peace. Also, breakfast is very average, they have options but not a good taste, food is very oily and fatty.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Walking distance to shops and small restaurants. It is also away from the louder more busier side of town. There is a 7-11 close by. The tour lady was helpful in helping me book my tours. Had some unruly neighbors but I didnt let that ruin my vacation and stay. I would book again.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. After we arrived we decided to extend our stay instead of moving onto another hotel we had booked. The pool facilities are fantastic and the buffet breakfast set us up for the day.

Simply amazing
I got upgraded to La Playa because the original hotel I booked was apparently closed and I was very pleased when the manager came to greet me and tell I got a free upgrade. La Playa has suoer friendly staff, clean rooms with good air con, big swimming pool and good restaurant which is quite expensive though. The hotel is close to everything in Ao Nang but yet situated on a quiet area so you will not hear the bars which is a good thing.

Very nice resort. Front desk staff are wonderful. We had trouble with calling and they could not find our reservation. Took some time and they found it. I think it was a language barrier. Food at breakfast lovely and restaurant is very good. We are there a few times. Location is excellent walkable to beach and downtown area. Would recommend again.

I am absolutely disgusted with my reservation here. We booked a 3 bedroom apt to be given 2 sep rooms-with young children. The door between the rooms would not open properly and my son got insured as the door swung back at him. Management are diabolical. Can’t and won’t help. Had to move rooms to be given a 2 bedroom apt. Food is mediocre. Bugs on salad at breakfast. Staff don’t listen when you order - 3 times I was given completely the wrong item, I don’t know why we kept going back. Pool bar prices are astronomical. Air conditioning leaks / floods on the floors, every day we saw maids mopping various rooms. I’ve been trying to complain through Expedia for the last few weeks and the hotel are not getting back to Expedia. Or perhaps Expedia are every bit as rubbish as this hotel. Ridiculous. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I also paid for a 3 bedroom apt and was given a 2 bedroom, and at the moment, no reimbursement.

Wonderful hospitality, the staff were great. The superior room with a garden view was spacious, with a good sized bathroom and basic amenities. Loved the pool and pool bar. Location was off the main street so it’s nice and quiet, and there’s a nice food market just five minutes walk from the resort.

Great friendly and attentive staff.Great pool area!Buffe breakfast was very good.Location perfect in ao nang for shopping and restaurants.Room good size.Kids playroom not great but we were happy in the pool with our 2 year old

Excellent location and walking distance to shop, restaurant, beach and away from main traffic. We had an older unit and the balcony door lock was broken we are not able to lock it from inside. SECURITY ISSUE.

Bad service with an attitude
The staff did not care about customer service and incompetent. We booked an airport transfer which never arrived. We were denied gold member privileges. Our family booked a 3 bedroom suite in which we were issued two keys and denied extra keys without a deposit. At no time did the manager or assistant manager apologize bur instead responded in a passive aggressive attitude with a fake smile. The facilities were adequate but all services including room service stops at 7pm.

Alles in allem waren es sehr schöne 2 Wochen im Krabi La Playa mit Premier Room und privatem Pool. Die Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch immer reichhaltig und viel Verschiedenes stand zur Verfügung. Das einzige, was ich eventuell ein bisschen konstanter erwartet hätte, war der Zimmerservice. Da gab es scheinbar keine feste Zeiten und manchmal wurde zb der Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt.
