Fint hotell samlet sett. Ikke de mest imøtekommende hotellansatte, men ellers greit! Romrengjøringen var heller ikke så mye å skryte av; da de gjentatte ganger glemte å fylle på minibar, gi ny kaffe og kaste søppel.

Sentral beliggende og typ 3 min gange til stranden. Problematisk innsjekk og vi måtte vente på resepsjonens surr i en time midt på natten før vi fikk gå til rommet. Fine rom, men kun kaldt vann i dusjen. Det positive med oppholdet var sengene! OK gym.

Bråkete rundt hotellet da det var gravemaskiner som holdt på fra tidlig morgen til det var mørkt. Ser ut som de skal bygge et nytt stort bygg ved siden av hotellet å det vil nok bli mye støy og støv der i lang tid. Spurte om å få et rom som lå på andre siden av hotellet for å få sove bedre og for å slippe bråket med det ville de ikke gi meg. Syntes de burde informert om bråket i forkant å Evt gitt kompensasjon for alt ubehaget man ikke var klar over da jeg bestilte hotellet. Luktet også kloakk i perioder rundt hotellet. Fine rom å helt grei frokost. Litt stort å upersonlig hotell hvor det er langt å gå fra resepsjon til rom osv. Ville ikke kommet tilbake hit med det første. Fin takterasse med utsikt til sjøen.

7 days on Blue Sotel Smart Hotel
A brand new hotel.I stayed there from 30.dec 2019 to 5 .January 2020. I had a big room with nice view, good standard. The breakfast was ok, it was not allowed to bring a cup of coffee from the breakfastarea to your room, i dont know why? Good internet There was a rooftoparea with a bar and 2 pools. And plenty of sunbeds. The service was goood. It could be little bit windy sometimes. But I liked the breeze in the heat. It was very close to the beach, but 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants and mainstreet. The only Negative thing I can say about my stay, was the dusty road outside the hotel. With red sand. Dont use your finest white shoes there.

Staff was not friendly, except 1 or 2 at front desk. House keeping staffs seemed annoyed when you request for something extra like towels or toilet paper. Bell desk never helped with our luggage, but would help others instead. European foreigners to be specific. Only thing I enjoyed was the rooftop pool.

Room and facility was very clean, staff was very nice, and close to the beach, the only thing that I would like to comment on is that the main shopping strip is a little far away from the entrance/not as convenient as the other BlueSotel. It would be a little difficult for someone unable to walk long distances or a disability.

We really loved the room and the pool of the roof with the daily sunsets and many sunbeds. We enjoyed the gym. Overall a really good quality hotel. We loved the parking guy, he was really friendly. Actually friendlier than the reception. I didn't like that they did not greet us when we arrived daily at the hotel. They look at you, but it feels extra welcoming if they add a 'Hello'.

Pros Rooms and balcony are decent size. Excellent rooftop pool and view. Cons All the pool view rooms have no privacy. It is not located on the main street. You will need a scooter or be ready to walk more than 10 min for even a convenience store. Facilities are limited. I would rather take hotel on the main street where everything is easily accessible.

I left my suitcase with the hotel for 2 hours, as my room wasn’t ready on arrival. I went to the rooftop pool. On collecting my case, I noticed that the case was no longer completely closed. Once I got to the room, I pulled my wallet out of my case and discovered that all the money in it had been taken. I filed a police report; hotel manager was rude. Although my 3 nights at the hotel had been paid, and my request for a refund in the circumstances was emphatically denied, I checked out and moved to another hotel.

I stayed for one night and it was good. The breakfast buffet had much variety to choose from. The hotel is close to what I would call the city center with many shops and restaurants. It is also walking distance to the beach. The pool area in the hotel is very nice just a suggestion get up early to get a lounge chair because those go quick!

The room was a little small compared to some of the other hotels we stayed in on our month long visit but we loved the balcony overlooking the pool. The rooftop infinity pool was gorgeous. Our only complaint is that happy hour does not include regular hi-balls or beer - just sweet cocktail drinks - not sure about the reason for that. You can walk to Ao Nang Beach in 3 minutes with access to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The washrooms were not the cleanest. I wore crocs while showering because I realized the glass did not get a wash and there was black dirt coming off. Shower head not clean( very rusty maybe) but I did not leave the shower feeling cleaner. No conditioner and the dispensers were breaking and falling in shower. No lotions either. We arrive 7am and we’re told to wait till 3pm for check in even after mentioning we will be arriving early. I would rate this hotel a 3/5… some lady staff had attitude.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Short walk to the quiet end of the beach but still plenty of amenities on the beach here. Easily walkable to livelier part of town. Excellent breakfast buffet. Disappointed there were no sun umbrellas for the sunbeds by the rooftop pools which made them unusable for us.

Low quality of everything. Not clean.. actually awfully dirty rooms&common areas with mold, visible dirt, stains, plaster/paint falling off etc. Horrible towels, dirty dishes at breakfast, poor management = disorganized staff. Rooftop pool was nice but staff did not clean glasses/plates/cans left by guests for hours. Would rate this hotel a maximum 3 stars, not even close to 4-5 star hotel.

The property was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable in the shower was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient. VIP upgrade was a pool access room which was very nice. Happy hour was buy one get one drink at the pool bar from noon to 3:00. That was a bonus, but the drinks have to be the same. We would definitely stay here again.
