Vi hadde et av rommene med utsikt, hvilket lå i samme etasje som infinity bassenget. Flott utsikt og deilig bris ved bassenget, men det var lite og godt besøkt. Det var tydeligvis tillatt å ta med seg øl i bassenget, så jeg undrer litt hvor rent vannet var. Vi måtte ta tre ulike heiser i ulike bygninger, for å komme opp til rommet, men da kom man jo langt unna bråket ifra gata. Dessverre var det bygningsarbeid ved nabohotellet, så det var en del støy dagtid. Frokosten var grei, men vi har hatt bedre på andre hotell. Beliggenheten er veldig bra. Rett ved hovedgaten og stranden. Rommet var stort og luftig og hadde en deilig balkong med badekar. Dessverre var senga hard og varmtvannet i dusjen var veldig ustabilt og en dag ble vannet faktisk helt borte en stund. Alt i alt, var det et fint opphold, men ikke verdt prisen.

Virkelig et bra hotell! Rensligheten var på topp og servicen upåklagelig. For ikke å snakke om det fantastiske svømmebassenget på toppen!

Bra hotell, skuffende personale
Da vi sjekket inn fikk vi tildelt et rom med skittent sengetøy, men fikk byttet rom da vi klagde på dette. Vi ble også fortalt at det øverste bassenget (infinity-pool) var stengt på grunn av oppussing, noe som var veldig rart siden andre gjester fortalte oss at de hadde brukt bassenget hver dag. Heldigvis fant vi ut av dette ganske tidlig slik at vi også fikk glede av bassenget. Wi-fi på rommet er elendig, men det fungerer ved bassenget. Vi spurte også om de kunne bestille en taxi til oss til morgenen etter, noe de sa de skulle, men morgenen etter var det ingen taxi der. I stedet ble vi kjørt av en som jobbet på hotellet, som tok mye mer betalt enn det ville kostet å ta en taxi eller tuk tuk. Alt i alt har hotellet har en bra plassering (5 min til Aonang Beach), men vi er veldig skuffet over å ha blitt løyet til av personalet.

Veldig fine panoramarom, men noe dårlig renhold
Vi oppgraderte fra delux rom med sjøutsikt, til de nyeste panorama. Fine og helt nye rom, nært det fine evighetsbassenget. Bassenget egner seg best for voksne, da det er veldig høyt ned fra bassengkanten og denne ikke er sikret. Renholdet på rommet var dårlig, det samme gangene på hotellet- gulvvask var visst ikke vanlig. Lunchrestauranten var av variabel kvalitet. Frukosten var god. Mye byggestøy på alle kanter rundt hotellet, og fra byen. Ellers veldig bra og rimelig spa. Vennlige ansatte.

Veldig fint hotell. Deluxe-rommene er store og fine. Rent og pent. Bra wifi og engelske TV-kanaler. Frokosten er grei. Masse forskjellig, inkl egg-stasjon. Veldig hyggelig ansatte. Tour-booking ved inngangen hjelper deg med all booking av utflukter osv. Bassenget er OK størrelse og alltid ledig solsenger. Kort vei til både stranda og restauranter. 7-11 rett ved.

Et hotell som trenger akutt oppgradering på fasade både innvendig og utvendig. Virker gjennomsnittlig renslig men ikke overrasket over å bli dårlig et par dager. Brunt vann i dusjen, ekstremt sterk kloakk-lukt fra bad. Super lokalisasjon selv om det ikke ligger på stranden, tar 6-7min å gå bare :-) Betalte 400kr natten så forventet ikke mer men ville aldri betalt fullpris her! Hotellets beachclub er en vits så ikke dra dit! Bassengområdet fint.

Great hotel with great breakfest!
The best hotel breakfest we had in our 3 week Thailand adventure. Great rooms, nice and clean. The hotel is in the city center, 3 minutes walk to the beach. They had a very nice pool area and the hotel crew were very service minded. Had a great stay and the best hotel we had compared to the price of 1500 baht per night. Enjoy!

Depends what you’re looking for
This is a difficult one to review. We booked a pool villa which was huge with a great pool if slightly in need of renovation (bad low pressure shower with mould up the wall, worn flooring, missing pool tiles). It was at the back of the hotel on the hill but was overlooking the sunset bar and the pool so not as secluded as we would have liked, however given we stayed at new year we ended up with a front row seat to the fireworks and celebration without being charged which was nice. However, there were issues with the hotel generally. There are a million lifts in different sections of the main building to use to get to anywhere and there don’t seem to be any service lifts so those lifts are almost always full of staff with crates moving things. Therefore if you don’t want to climb a hundred stairs it takes ages to get anywhere. There is nothing in the mini bar. It’s just a fridge. So you need to buy from the 7 Eleven. And room service wasn’t available after 10pm. It’s not what we expected. And the villas are like a separate add on to the main hotel so for that money I’d not stay again. Staff were generally lovely though especially the drivers of the buggies you can ask for to get to the top if available. Loved Ao Nang generally and we ate out every meal in town in the end, and that was great. It’s an easy walk to most things in the main town which is great.

HORRIBLE. The place catfished me - the room looked lovely online and had a view of the ocean. My room had a ton of street noise and a view of what looked to be a strip club (pic attached). The air conditioning didn’t work and somehow my room was hotter than it was outside (91F / 33C). I abhor this hotel. For the first time ever I left my fully prepaid nonrefundable reservation early to stay somewhere where I wouldn’t practically have a heat stroke every time I tried to sleep. Obviously they didn’t offer any sort of refund or apology. It was also wildly oversold - when I tried to use the infinity pool it was practically standing room only. Not even space to lay a towel down on the floor around the pool. Avoid this place like the plague.

Fantastic property! Beautiful resort with several pools and very happy with our stay. Location is mildly inconvenient since you'd need to take a tuk tuk to get into town but that's pretty easy since you can get one just outside the hotel. Some minor issues for a 5 star hotel like the room-service app did not work for us and keeping towels available at the pools.

인피니티 풀이 너무 예쁜 곳👍
우선 서비스가 매우 좋고 친절합니다. 그리고 숙소 위치가 좋아요. 비치랑도 가깝고 주변에 스타벅스, 편의점, 맥도날드가 있고 해변으로 걸어가는 길에 여러 가게들이 있어서 눈이 매우 즐겁습니다. 숙소 상태는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았는데 저희가 묵었던 숙소는 층수가 낮은 만큼 비치 뷰가 잘 보이진 않았구요. 화장실이 방음이 전혀 안 되어서 그 부분이 좀 불편합니다. 그리고 끄라비 날씨 자체가 조금 습한 편이라 숙소도 좀 습한 면이 있는데 그래서 수영복은 잘 안 말라요 그나마 해가 쨍한 날 밖에 널어두니 잘 마르더라구요. 랜드마크 야시장까지는 거리가 좀 있는데, 교통편이 복잡해서 썽떼우 가격을 너무 비싸게 부르길래 저희는 걸어갔어요 걷기엔 좀 멀어요ㅠ 그 외에늨 위치나 서비스, 청결 등 너무 좋구요 인피니티 풀에서 보는 뷰가 너무 예쁩니다!ㅠ 사이즈는 좀 작지만 강추👍

Slipped multiple times on property due to tile and rainy weather both outside. The hotel is basic but with great location to everything. Would not stay again as room balcony’s are so close together and don’t offer much privacy.

인피니티플 뷰가 넘 좋았어요. 그리고 천연 자연을 잘 활용해 지은 호텔 건축물도 멋있어요. 조식당 뷰도 환상적이었고 넘 음식이 청결하고 맛있어요. 모두 다 좋았어요~~^^

Had the best experience staying at Avani. The location was perfect, and we had an amazing view from our balcony. Hotel staff were so friendly especially Ging who made us feel so welcome! We miss her already!

Das Hotel an sich hat einen guten Standard und bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann (Infinity Pool, Roof Top Bar, Zimmer mit Jaccuzi und tollen Ausblick sowie eine sehr große Frühstücksauswahl) Leider ist das Hotel mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man leider. Normal sind wir hier nicht empfindlich, aber bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel, darf man denke ich erwarten dass kein Abflussgeruch aus der Toilette kommt, der Wasserhahn einwandfrei funktioniert, und die durchgelegenen Matratzen von Zeit zu Zeit ausgetauscht werden. Für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben hätten wir uns daher einen besseren Zustand erwartet.
