Located on the quiet Waldstraße (Forest Street), our spacious 70 m² maisonette apartment offers the perfect blend of relaxation and proximity to nature. Nestled between the coastal forest and the Baltic Sea, this is the ideal spot for families or couples. A free private parking space directly at the house is included, so you can leave your car behind and reach everything comfortably on foot.

The Accommodation

Our apartment is a maisonette split over two levels on the top floor, creating a cozy, house-like atmosphere.

Living & Dining Area: The heart of the home is the bright, open living area. Large sliding glass doors let in plenty of light and lead directly onto the private balcony – perfect for breakfast with a view of the greenery. The room features a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining table for four.

Kitchen: The open kitchen (with cheerful red cabinets) is fully equipped and offers everything you need: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.

Bedrooms: There are two separate bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: A quiet room with a cozy double bed and warm lighting.

Attic Studio (Top Floor): Located on the upper level, this room features two single beds, a workspace, and a second TV – an ideal retreat for children or friends.

Bathroom & Laundry: A bright, tiled bathroom with a glass shower. For your comfort – especially during longer stays – a washing machine is available in the hallway.

Location & Surroundings

The location on Waldstraße is one of the highlights of this apartment. You are in a quiet area, yet still close to everything. As seen in the photos, you are surrounded by Usedom’s nature.

You can explore the surroundings easily on foot:

The Forest & Streckelsberg (600 m): A short walk takes you to the magnificent beech forest and the Streckelsberg, a perfect spot for hiking with panoramic views over the coast.

The Beach (700 m): In just a 10-minute walk, you reach the fine sandy beach of Koserow. Whether relaxing in a beach chair (Strandkorb), walking through the dunes, or watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea – everything is close by.

Town Center (900 m): The center of Koserow with restaurants and shops is about a 12-minute walk away.

Supermarket (1 km): For daily groceries, the nearest supermarket is just a 13-minute walk away.

The entire 70 m² apartment is at your sole disposal.

Free Parking: Your own dedicated parking space is located directly in front of the house (see photos), so you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

Other Things to Note

Amenities: Wi-Fi is included. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Tourist Tax: The local tourist tax (approx. €3.30 - €3.70 p.p./night) has to be paid separately on arrival. This includes a guest card for free public transport (bus & UBB train).

Layout: The apartment is spread over two levels and features an internal staircase (see photos). This adds a lot of charm but is important to know for guests with limited mobility.
