«LOCATION and overall size of this condo made it a perfect spot for our family anniversary celebration. Having the pool close by and the beach within walking distance was just what we wanted. Easy access to the walking path to head to the Poipu/Brennecke beach area or in the other direction to watch the morning sunsets. We were pleased with the cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and umbrellas. it is a 4 min walk to Brenneke's beach ( if not hauling things). Poipu beach park right next to this. «We were very impressed with the condo in Poipu. The location is excellent. It literally is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are walking paths everywhere to enjoy. The condo is large and fully equipped with everything you need. Every room is beautifully decorated. All of the bedrooms are large and each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is so nice. «The property was as good as advertised with the view of the ocean being the most spectacular feature. There were three items that detracted from our stay. The AC needs updating. The bedrooms upstairs were too warm during the day and the first half of the night. The TV in the primary bedroom is very frustrating to use. «We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute. It was wonderful to come back from a day of sightseeing to such a calm and beautiful home. The patio was one of our favorite spots. Lovely to sit there in the evening and enjoy the sunset or in the morning with a cup of coffee and look at the ocean in the distance. «We loved the area and appreciated the outdoor facilities for dining and relaxing. We did feel that storage was inadequate. We were on the island long term. We had pickleball equipment, snorkeling gear, hiking poles and clothing for many activities. After Susan was made aware of our lack for storage, she brought in extra storage units. «The villa worked well for our family of 3 adult couples to explore the island of Kauai. We were kindly accommodated with the 3rd bedroom set up as a split king. «My family and I, all adults, stayed at this stunning villa for 5 days. We had an amazing time, the living space and many terraces are great, fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and great. I was on crutches recovering from surgery and the elevator to the suite as well as the pool and gym were great. Proximity to beaches, parking and all of the visitor information was great. «Spacious, clean, great kitchen, great layout, laundry machines inside. Well sound proofed. We never heard the neighbors. I recommend. It was a little bit of a walk to the swimming pool but that was fine for us. Once you got there, the hot tub was large with plenty of room. There is a helpful binder in the room with info about the facility and nearby restaurants etc. I suggest adding a map to the swimming pool and beach. One beach umbrella was funky, the other broken. Ta med deg øre propper og godt sove hjerte for de holder på fra 4 om morningen!!!! Stranden er veldig bra og det er utleie (strand tilbehør) på hotellet...
