«Room was as described inside but this room is just facing the parking lot. There is no garden view and you do not see any part of the garden. Room is clean. Property is clean. The pool and beach are amazing. Staff was not overly helpful, maybe to be expected at an owners property. And they said they would do room service once and never came. I would book the property again but a different room. You didn’t get what you paid for with this one.»

"The resort has some great features, especially the beautiful pools and the excellent check-in experience. The welcome was warm and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the evenings were disappointing. There was very little nightlife, no real bar atmosphere, and almost everything closed by 9:00 p.m., which made the resort feel quiet much too early. The drinks at the bar were also below expectations, and the bartenders and bar staff didn’t seem particularly engaged or enthusiastic, which affected the overall experience. The property itself is lovely, but extending the evening offerings and improving the bar service would make a big difference."
