Great Place and Location!

This place was in the perfect spot! Walkable to beaches and restaurants, beautiful views, and in a quaint area that isn’t too crowded. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again!

Beautiful location - amazing apartment

We stayed 7 nights with our 3 year old son and 7 months old daughter. We had an amazing time. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and calm. There was a highchair for the baby and two step stools for the toddler. The pool was great and it is a 10 mins walk to the beach. Kaua’i is such a beautiful island. Thanks for having us, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back!!

Perfect Spot!

Our family stayed here for 3 nights. It was the perfect location for us. We loved being just a short walk to a great little beach and having a pool onsite. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our family of four and the washer/dryer on site was great for allowing us to pack light. The unit was super clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and responded to inquiries immediately. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Amazing location in Poipu!

Our family loved our stay. The property is just steps from the ocean and walking distance to two beaches. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. My favorite part was having morning coffee on the main lanei off the living room with a beautiful view. We used the pool a couple of times and was great for our family. The hot tub is more of a small kiddie pool which was great. No need for a HOT tub in Poipu with the heat.

Good location

Very nice condo, clean, and great location. Only minor negative is that both bathrooms are in lower level along with the bedrooms. Other disappointment was that the condo project did not have access to the local fitness center as was noted in some information we had prior to our visit.

Paradise in Poipu

We traveled as 2 couples to enjoy this delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Poipu, close to the beach with gorgeous views. Property had great amenities and was quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of food options in the area. Location allowed easy touring all over the island.

Great location and everything we needed!

Perfect space for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, they provided beach chairs, beach towels, a small cooler and there was even a boogie board, although we didn’t use it. They are very thoughtful about making sure guests have what they need. Laundry soap (washer and dryer were nice to have!), grocery bags so we didn’t have the buy them, an ice maker in the freezer.. it’s the little things that made the vacation so much easier. Having AC was a must! We went during a muggy time due to rain and can’t imagine what it would have been like without air conditioning. Parking is easy and the property is beautifully landscaped with nice walking paths. A 2 min walk and you are ocean front with a great spot to see sea turtles! It’s about a 7 min walk to Poipu beach. We had an unexpected partial ocean view from the top floor balcony which was also great! We had a few small issues during our stay but the property manager was quick to respond and take care of things. This is a great home base for your trip to Kauai!

Great balcony & within walking distance of many things

Our favorite part of the property was the large scenic balcony right off the living room. It was also great to be within walking distance of so many fun activities and Poipu Baby Beach. Would stay again.

One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in!

This place was beautiful - photos do not do it justice nor do they showcase how large the unit is! The bedrooms are downstairs and the living space upstairs was plenty for our group of 4. Wifi was good, the view was beautiful and kitchen was well stocked. Check in was smooth, communication was great from booking to check out, and everything was so comfortable and clean. we didn’t even hear the construction happening - highly recommend staying here!

4th of July Spectacular

Came from Oahu for a weekend getaway. Our stay was one to remember. The villa was spacious, clean, well equipped, and everything was in working order. We made use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and even had a 4th of July BBQ at the Pavillion. We were right across the beach and just a short drive away from shops and restaurants. We definitely would stay here again. Mahalo!!

Fabulous condo near beach

We loved staying in this condo with our family of six. It was beautifully clean upon arrival and met our every need. We loved the fact that it is within easy walking distance of Poipu Park and beach. The grounds are lovely and the pool just perfect for a post-ocean dip. We’d return to this unit again when next visiting Kauai. We absolutely loved it. Thankyou!

Great Stay

We really loved this unit and had a great week with the in-laws! The beaches are really close with lots of ocean life and great waves. The restaurants and shopping are really convenient (in case you lose a pair of sunglasses). The unit is very spacious and comfortable! We all really enjoyed the huge bathrooms! But the kitchen could use a restock as it seems every knife was broken :) But highly recommend a stay here if you are going to Kaua'i.

Nice place

We would stay here again. Amenities were great, updated everything and very close to two beaches! Property is not far from the airport and there is plenty of shopping and food available close by. There is no air conditioning but this does not seem to be uncommon on the island? There were many fans available throughout the house. Beach chairs and sun umbrellas with some other beach things were available on the lanai which was extremely helpful. Tile throughout made sand cleanup fairly easy. I would recommend trimming back some of the foliage that is occluding the ocean view from the back lanai. Property was very helpful in requesting a later checkout time. Overall a nice stay for a family of 5.

A great place to stay in Poipu

This is a perfect location to have ease of access to the beach, several restaurants within easy walking distance (about a mile) and easy access by car to many other sites. Despite it's ease of access, it is very quiet (except for the roosters). I would recommend earplugs for light sleepers. The unit was laid out well for privacy in the sleeping area, and good space for socializing in the living room and kitchen. We would stay here again if travelling to the area.

Handy to Brenneckes beach

We stayed here with our 3 teenagers. There was a queen bed in one room and 2 singles in the other. Nothing made up for my daughter but they had 2 fold out single mattresses and some extra bedding in the cupboards. Good kitchen amenities. No air con but lots of fans. Wifi and television channels got the teen approval. We used the pool area several times but the beaches a very short walk along the road. We walked along the beachfront and found a great spot for sunset watching.

Great condo! Best location! Nice remodel. Only downside was no A/C & it was very hot at night.

Great remodeled unit! Perfect size for our family of 4! Perfect beaches, best honu viewing & just enough places to walk to for meals & snacks! We love Poipu, have been 5 times now. First time in a condo & it was the best stay yet! Loved having laundry in the home, stocked kitchen & some beach chairs and umbrellas! The only thing we found uncomfortable was the hurricane weather. We were there during the actual “hurricane Lane”. So it was up to 88 by day & only down to 79 by night. 80% plus humidity. Not having A/C in the condo made the nights miserable for sleeping. Other than that we loved our little home for 9 nights!! We ended up leaving a day early. The owner understandably had us bring all of the outdoor furniture & beach supplies into the home in preparation for the storm. This made it a little cramped and so we decided to get a hotel room for the final night.

Wonderful vacation!!

Great two bedroom unit to stay at. Short walking distance to pool and beach. Unit had a great kitchen, large fridge, nice beds, plenty of fans as there is no a/c. It also had beach chairs and snorkel gear for use. Could not say enugh about this property. I would much rather stay here than at a resort.

Beautiful and well maintained property, friendly staff, lovely location.

We came to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. The experience was outstanding - walking the trails along the coast, watching the turtles, monk seals,the birds - and the sunsets!

Incredibly well stocked, gorgeous setting

This place met our every need. Cards for when the rain came, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for the beach. The location was great, we loved being just minutes on foot from the beach! The furnishings and finishes were beautiful and the view did not disappoint. We would absolutely come back to this specific spot.

Beautiful accommodations! Inside and out!

We loved this unit at Nihi Kai. #505. Beautiful wood furnishings, lovely curated artwork, fantastic kitchen and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. I appreciated there were absolutely no bugs anywhere. That is tough to pull off in Hawaii but they succeed here at Nihi Kai. It's location is wonderful because I like being in a neighborhood rather than in a large hotel setting. Walking distance to the beach and their pool was just "da best!" Mahalo Nui for a memorable stay on Kauai. We will be back.
