«The condo was perfect for 2, the kitchen has everything we needed plus more than I have at home! Bed was very comfortable and recliner chairs were great for watching movies on the TV. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for breakfast and in the evening watching the parrots fly in to roost in the palm trees. And communication with Nancy was so easy. Her hospitality made our anniversary trip wonderful.»

«Repairs need to be done. Tighten kitchen sink faucet. 2 bathroom you should not have to hold handle to flush toilet. 2 bedroom the dimmer switch was broken. The floor was not clean. I do not no how long it had been since someone cleaned under bed in master bedroom. The cabinet that the trash was in was very loose so my husband tightened that so it did not break. It was a wonderful time with family. I did think three bedrooms that each room had its own bathroom and one did not. Overall great time ...

«We come to Kauai as a family 1-2x a year and have stayed at the Kiahuna a fair amount of times. Rick & Marilyn’s condo is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! If you’re a Kauai regular, you know how spectacular the beach is and it’s well worth it to stay on the property to not deal with parking lol! The location is great with a short walk to beaches, the AC's worked very well, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked including some of the basics you may not have considered to be available in a VRBO! Property was clean and everying was functional as advertised! We were very happy with the property and our experience! If we come back, we won't even look for another property, we'll just rebook this one!»

«Beautiful view. Saw a few turtles swimming near the shore. We slept well to the sound of waves throughout the night. Arrived slightly earlier than planned and owner was very accommodating and quickly responded when asked if we could have a slightly earlier checkin. Would stay here again.»

«Great location! Well stocked with kitchen items and lots of fun beach chairs, towels, and toys. Tennis and pickleball court was a fun perk! Had a little issue with the toilet being broken when we checked in but owner was easy to work with to resolve. Had a great time and only bummer was no shampoo/conditioner and couldn't get a late checkout but the last was my fault...I should have asked earlier. Would stay again.»

«My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the place was perfect. The complex is immaculate with friendly staff. The beach was at the end of the complex and it was much less crowded than most of the other beaches. There is a small shopping center across the street with gift shops, a great, small breakfast cafe, dining options and gelato. «First of all, the property was larger than I had expected and would be very comfortable for 4 people. The place was fresh and spotless. The view out the front was postcard perfect. The common facilities, (Pool and Gas Grills) were also top notch, and were carefully cleaned by the Condominium staff everyday. «Myself and my husband stayed with my friend and her husband. The condo was prefect for 2 couples. Having the full and fully stocked kitchen with the washer/dryer and beach chairs/umbrella worked out great for all of us. You definitely need to have a car here in Kauai. «I would like to give this property a 5 star review but——— was not told of the construction project going on just 20 feet from my front door. The nights were amazing, quiet outside with the ocean waves crashing onto the rocks outside the deck absolutely beautiful. The construction started at 9:00 am every weekday morning. Saws, loud workers as is a construction site. No naps during the day . Pool time was a joke, noise sawdust smells all day. The owner is a gem and wasn’t aware of any of this as ...

«Stedet har alt egentlig, men litt tungvint at bassenget og det meste av restaurant utvalget ikke er på området til hotellet.. Kommer heller ikke unna hønene på stedet( hele øya for den saks skyld), men her var det ekstremt siden det er bungalower som er ganske åpne... Ta med deg øre propper og godt sove hjerte for de holder på fra 4 om morningen!!!! Stranden er veldig bra og det er utleie (strand tilbehør) på hotellet...
