Hoteller nær Kokosstranden

«The rooms were very comfortable (best sleep we had on our trip to Costa Rica) and we loved the pool, the beach, the sunsets, and the star gazing at night. We were there with our family. It is a bit remote so good idea to bring games and snacks if traveling with kids. The restaurant on the premise is expensive but serves creative dishes by a Michelin star chef using local ingredients.»

«Fine»

«This place is a great find. Clean room. Large room. Bed and bedding are comfortable. Restaurant is the best food. French toast in the morning is the best I’ve ever had. Plus they have adorable clothing store on site.»

«We loved our stay at hotel lagarta. Great staff and incredible views. Kitchen and bar were very attentive and offered incredible food.»

«We had an excellent time at the Mikado. It was our first time to Costa Rica and it was probably one of our best holidays. Such a fun adventure. Lolo was an excellent host and if you do stay you must take advantage of her dinners. Incredibly romantic. The location is perfect. Quick drives to Tamarindo, Playa Avellanas and Playa Conchal. Great places to explore and then return to the peace and tranquility of the lodge. Absolutely perfect. »

«Everything perfect!»

«Great place to stay near the beach. The breakfast is the morning is spectacular and the owners are super helpful and friendly.»

«We loved the location! The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Right in the heart of town it was easy to walk to any restaurant and easy walk to the beach! We will be back!!!»

«Great service, excellent food, and a beautiful spot to stay.»

«Words can not do justice to how delightful an experience this was. Staff was so nice... property was unique and off the beaten path.. truly a memorable experience!»

«We had a great week at Esh! The staff was very friendly and attentive. We loved the property and the pool. We made use of the sauna and cold plunge daily. We even saw monkeys while hanging out on the property. Yeh breakfast was delicious and plentiful keeping us full to start the day. Although the probably is a bit outside of town, the shuttle service is convenient to get to and from t e Esh to town.»

«Not very hacienda style design. Poor food, nothing to do beside being at the pool or in the standard pool. Beach ok to look at, but can't really use it or swim in the sea. Could be anywhere, far from anything resembling the real Costa Rica. Offering extremely expensive transportation to airport, added another 165 usd to the bill for a 45 min drive in the early morning in a worn out Toyota Lancruiser. But beautiful view to the Pacific. And reception did change my room to one with actual sea view ...
