Herlig sted, flotte ansatte, musikken var for høy ved bassenget hele dagen fra 10-ca21/22 Drrekte utgang til basseng, ingen sitteplass rett utenfor egen dør, noe jeg savnet da en kaffekopp ut på morningen og en vinglass på kvelden er en del av ferien. Velg da heller ikke direkte bassengutgang for det var det møbler.

Fint og behagelig hotel med forbedringspotensiale
Vi ankom Privelege hotell og ble overrasket over hvor fint og moderne det var. Rommet var kjempefint og moderne, men vi betalte for Deluxe SEA view, så skuffelsen var at vi ikke ditt det vi betalte for, eller noe tilbake for det.. De tilbyr free shuttle til Central festival for den feen du må betale under oppholdet, litt dårlig opplegg med shuttlebussen da den kun går mellom 13-17, du får altså kun mulighet å ta en lunsj der gratis. Ellers må du betale 400bath(minst) for å komme deg hjem igjen. Vi ventet også på shuttlebussen i 50 minutter da det skulle ta ti minutter for at den skulle hente oss på Central festival. Her er det forbedringspotensiale! Frokosten er god men skulle ønske utvalget for litt sunnere alternativer var der, men det er en av de bedre. Personalet på hotellet er fantastiske og helt hærlige, spesielt hun som jobber i resepsjonen er veldig hjelpsom og vil alle gjester det beste! Atmosfæren mellom alle gjester på hotellet er god og det er god stemning. Deilig å kunne traske rett ned på stranden og bade i sjøen om du er lei av bassenget. Poolbar er også en fin touch og anbefaler alle å prøve mangosmoothien, den er rå god! Lite attraktive restauranter rundt hotellet. Og lite shopping muligheter, derfor avhengig av taxi/tuktuk/shuttle. Alt i alt er hotellet kjempebra men som sagt veldig kjipt å ikke få det en betaler for og det med shuttlebussen.

original boutique hotel
Charming little butiqe hotel, with many original solutions for the most part.Perfect if you like an intimate atmosphere, lie by the pool and sip coctails. Near ferry pier, fisherman's village and big Buddha, a good distance away from the best beaches, but definitely worth a visit.The staff will make sure you will feel welcome as one of the family.

Swim up room was nice. Pool could do with a clean. The room itself was lovely. Shower wasnt great, temperature and pressure. We had a maintenence issue which was resolved quickly. The hotel food was nice, but the breakfast across the road wasnt great. We'd only go back for the premium room.

I stayed here a week in the oceanfront villa. The room, private pool, and beach access were great. There are lots of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Scooter rentals, barber, and 7/11 all right around which was nice. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The beach was much calmer (wave wise) then Chaweng, which made it perfect for renting e foils (electric surfboard). I also took the 42 island tour which left from the nearby pier (3 min walk).

Lovely hotel

Good hotel with nice ocean view
Nice ocean view from the room and the service is also good. We stayed there for several nights and the location is also good. But remember that it takes approx. 10-15 min on a scooter to centrum/walking street. It also takes around 10 min to fisherman village. Only bad thing to mention about the hotel was that they didn’t clean the pool everyday. We were there for more than 7 nights and the pool was full of sand in the corners.

This hotel dies not deserve a 4 star rating. It is more of an upgraded youth hostel than a proper hotel. We had no pressure and no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was served in a run down restaurant across the road and there was loud horrible music blasting all the time. Definitely not a location for families or for a romantic getaway

Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage, wir hatten eine Beach Villa mit eigenem Pool direkt zum Strand hin für 6 Tage gemietet. Die Freude daran wurde uns jedoch vom Management verleidet. Bereits als wir ankamen und freundlich grüßten, erhielten wir zur Antwort nur PASSPORT……..OK. Auf das Zimmer mussten wir warten, als ich dann nach 14 Uhr (vertraglich so als Bezug vorgesehen) nachfragte, erhielten wir Zugang zu dem Raum, nachdem nur 3 x der Besen hin und her gewischt worden war. Nachdem wir alles eingeräumt hatten, wurden wir telefonisch gefragt, ob wir bereit wären umzuziehen in einen „schöneren Raum“. Wir erklärten uns bereit, nach dem Umzug war es dann bereits 15:30. Natürlich war der Raum in nichts anders, als der erste, was die Dame dann auch zugab. Sie wolle eine Familie zusammen unterbringen. Der Raum wurde dann aber gar nicht nachbesetzt. Gegen 12 waren wir im Hotel angekommen, 3 1/2 Stunden verloren. Das Zimmer wurde angeboten mit „Free Minibar“, die sich als kleine Dose Sprite und Mini Tüte Chips herausstellte. Alles andere „Charge“. Ok, Kindergarten Niveau, aber geschenkt. Frühstück eine Eierspeise zu bestellen und Toast, labberige Fertig Pancakes, fast flüssige Butter, eine Sorte der primitivsten Marmelade, kleine Auswahl Obst, von der nur Wassermelone zu genießen war. Noch viel zu dünner Kaffee und Tee. Der Toaster so schlecht gesäubert, dass man für jede Scheibe 25 cm mit der Hand unter das Gerät greifen musste, um sie zu entnehmen - in Corona Zeiten. 5 Sterne???

The staff were all very happy and friendly, they could not do enough for us. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the manager had an engineer within 5 minutes to fix the problem. Breakfast was very limited in choice however the food was cooked fresh to order so no complaints. The hotel is very clean,the pool was cleaned daily and the pool area was kept very clean throughout the day. We had a poolside room which was kept immaculate with fresh towels and amenity kits daily. Our only issue was with the music playing at the pool and beach..it was sometimes a bit loud and some of the songs contained very foul language. I felt that many of the songs were very inappropriate especially when children were in the pool. I’m not a prude but I did find some of the songs offensive. We stayed for 14 nights and other than this one issue our stay was very enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel very much.

Room was exceptional it was a bit unclear when booking what kind of room we where going to have? Turned out there was garden apartments across the road which was not what we had in mind. Had to pay for an upgrade for the room in the photos, concept of poolside rooms was great but just not our thing. Pleasant stay great location for the beach,very well kept.

The local staff provided exceptional service but the foreign managers took advantage of this and especially the manager named Anan(or so I gathered his name was) had a very angry look about him yet smiled with the Israeli and European guests. Amit the other manager was friendly and had a good disposition. The accommodation was full of Israeli and European guest who monopolized the pool area every day and were given preferential treatment.

Per lo standard dell’hotel le camere Garden view devo essere più pubblicizzate perché veramente di scarso livello qualitativo mentre la parte principale (che funge un po’ da specchietto per le allodole) risulta essere di buon livello. Bisogna sperare di poter fare un upgrade delle camere, come nel nostro caso, in base alla disponibilità ma il rapporto qualità /prezzo risulta così piuttosto sbilanciato. Un grande plauso a Tutte le ragazze della reception davvero gentili professionali capaci di risolvere ogni richiesta. La colazione lascia a desiderare scomoda e non all’altezza delle aspettative inoltre per nostra sfortuna il tempo non è stato assolutamente buono quindi la mancanza di una hall o altro luogo dove ripararsi e trascorrere il tempo alternativo alla piscina si è fatta sentire...

Overall, the staff on duty was magnificent — they went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. The quality of the food, drinks and wifi, however, ranged from ok to horrible. The WiFi didn’t work half of the time and when it did, it was too slow — we need wifi for work, so this was a big no. The cocktails, tried a few options: they all needed help; the icing on the cake was the margarita that came in a martini glass, I would have been fine with the no salted rim or ice, but the taste was subpar. My papaya salad warm. The shrimp mushy. The pizza cardboard. And lastly, wasn’t a fan of the broken up hotel areas: the garden room, spa and breakfast room were across the street and not the ideal setup.

One of the best hotel as compare to others. Nice view, feeling relax once step into the hotel. The service staff is excellent, feel welcome whenever I see them. 5 stars service given by them. Will definitely recommend people who first time visit Koh Samui.

Dejligt hotel
Relativt dyrt hotel men det er også lækkert - søde ansatte of ejeren er selv meget på hotellet. Det er arabisk ejet og derfor mange arabiske gæster. Great place, offer great deals, clean and comfy
Had a great stay, only one night but will be back. It’s a young modern place, some in house activities like pool and ping pong and the hotel offer deals and specials in every department. The bed was super comfy! I’m happy though that my room was not in front of the pool as some guests had a more cheerful time than me travelling solo. The staff was great from check in to check out. Cool place, nice streets many restaurants around. Will be back! With a friend or partner next time.
