Super and quiet.
On the quieter side of the island. Close to the Lipa Noi Port, which is great if you are going to the mainland by car and Raja Ferry. Fantastic room! Great pools. Nice beach.

Fantastisk
Rett og slett fantastisk. Eneste er området, men vi bevegde oss ikke ut av resorten på 2 døgn. Fantastisk mat, drikke, service, basseng, ligge områder etc etc.. Neste ferie blir nikki beach helt klart. Om ikke denne så en annen av dem.

kult hotell
nydelig hotell område, veldig hyggelige ansatte på hotellet og ikke minst ett veldig ryddig, rent og pent hotell. Det eneste som trekker litt ned er at de stort sett hele tiden spilte høy musikk på hotellet. litt mye av det gode da vi var på jakt etter bare avslappning og ro. Men lyden var ikke høy når vi stengte oss inne på den nydelige bungalowen. Men det er ett veldig "hippt" hotell. laget for de unge og kule. ikke ett sted for familier elle elde tenker jeg. men allt i allt så anbefaler jeg Nikki Beach sterkt!

Quel dommage. Quelle déception. La beauté de l’hôtel et l’amabilité du personnel est gâché par la musique de 11h à 18h autour du lieu central, la piscine (95db quand même). Quelle frustration également de ne pas pouvoir profiter des transats le long de la piscine, car ils sont tous réservés par des personnes les ayant réserver pour la journée (hors hôtel). Au niveau prix, c’est cher!

We had the honeymoon suite which looked directly over the water. The view was amazing. 30 meters from the beach, which is tiny, but lovely to swim in. I should have done my research a bit better as this particular suite is the closest to the 'Day Club' and loud music plays from noon until sunset. The service was friendly and attentive.

Si bien las comodidades del hotel son buenas, tuvimos varias cosas que fueron negativas dentro de nuestra estadia: 1. Priorizan darle buena ubicación en las camas de la piscina a la gente que paga por reservarlas (que no son huespedes del hotel). Nosotros como huespedes estuvimos mucho rato para poder conseguir una, nos dieron una al lado del parlante donde no se podía conversar. 2. Extremedamente caro consumir cualquier cosa en el hotel. Cruzas la calle y comes en Moms Kitchen por 1/5 del precio y de excelente calidad. 3. Las clases que ofrecen “gratuitas”, solo tienen 5 cupos por clase, en resumen, nadie alcanza a inscribirse. 4. El sector de las piezas es amplio y cómodo, sin embargo, constantemente hay staff del hotel interrumpiendo la privacidad, me pareció a ratos molesto. 5. No lo recomiendo para gente que quiere tranquildad en su estadia. Es un beach club, y por tanto la música electronica no para durante todo el día en la piscina/playa donde está el bar.

It is not ideal that the fridge is next to the head area of the bed, as it is very loud and disturbs, when sleeping. The next supermarket ist very far away and also, the area itself is quite lonesome.

The hotel and resort are impeccable, really top quality. I stayed here for a couple of nights of luxury and that was plenty because there isn’t that much to do outside of the hotel. The prices are extremely high for Thailand for food and drink, but I guess that’s to expect when paying for the name of Nikki Beach!

Vi upplevde boende som mycket bra ! Städning helt ok men kunde vara mer kvalitet! Ojämnt och night service första kvällen var ok men sedan övergick i meningslös godis och vatten runt 17 och sedan inget mer ! Toalettpapper saknades mm ! Underbar pool utanför boende men övrigt poolområde för nikki beach club med hög musik och party ! Frukosten medioker i sliten miljö ! Nej ryck upp stället och satsa på kvalitet rakt igenom!

Le menu au restaurant Escape pour le souper aurait à être amélioré et le service au restaurant Escape aussi. A l’arrivé souvent c’est ok mais nous sommes souvent laissés à nous meme par la suite, on doit demander pour du service. La qualité de la bouffe n’est pas digne du site et de la Thaïlande

Some things great some not
Loved the room by the pool on the grand floor ,amazing space just to chill outside of the room .Breakfast was superb could not fault it ,dinner very limited choices and overpriced for what it is .Amazing service especially from the male waiter with little pony tail an asset to this place ! In rainy season the hotel is pretty much empty so there is no pool party really ,if that’s what you looking for .The DJ is there but literally couple of ppl about .The sun beds at that main pool really need replacing ,dirty and broken never have I seen beds like this on Nikki beach .

Great hotel, some of the facilities are now very tired and in need of repair (broken tiles in swimming pool, broken kayak (there is only 1) etc. Hotel is very distant from anywhere and restaurant in the evening is appalling (food on 3 occasions was badly cooked and burnt). In need of some TLC and a new chef for the evening restaurant

Some of the housekeeping staff were rude, there was a number of geckos not that it was the staff’s fault, sometimes the food I wanted wasn’t available, and I slept horrible one night because of the lack of AC. But, the food was very good and the pools were very clean and nice. Additionally, the staff working at the restaurants were very easygoing and lovely to spend time with. Props to them for elevating the experience of my trip.

เลือกมาพักเพราะอ่านจากรีวิวมาว่าวิวดี บริการดี มีบาร์ดี อาหารอร่อย .... แต่สิ่งที่เจอคือความไม่พร้อมจะให้บริการลูกค้าในทุกด้าน พนักงานไม่พร้อมที่จะบริการ ไม่มีการอธิบาย คำแนะนำที่เหมาะสมในการเข้าพัก พื้นห้องพักไม่สะอาด มินิบาร์ถูกเอาออกหมด บริเวณ pool bar ที่นั่งชมพระอาทิตย์ตก ไม่มีการตั้งเบาะ/หมอน อย่างในรูปที่รีวิว บาร์ปิด อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบสั่ง ดูเหมือนมีหลายอย่าง แต่จริงมีเพียงข้าว แป้ง ไข่ ผลไม้ แทบไม่มีเนื้อสัตว์.... ส่วนที่ดีคือการออกแบบที่พัก ห้องพัก และบรรยากาศโดยรอบได้ดีสวยงาม อยู่ริมหาดเห็นพระอาทิตย์ตก มีเรือคายัค paddle board ให้เล่นฟรี......เท่าที่สังเกตดูก้อมีลูกค้าหลายกลุ่ม น่าจะเกือบสิบห้อง ในสถานการณ์โควิดแบบนี้ ก้อยังดีกว่าหลายแห่งที่ไม่มีลูกค้าเลย ถึงแม้จะอยู่ในภาวะยากลำบาก แต่หากบริหารจัดการให้ดี ก้อยังสามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย สร้างรายได้ และสร้างความประทับใจให้ลูกค้าชาวไทยได้ เพราะคนไทยเองส่วนนึงที่ไม่สามารถเดินทางท่องเที่ยวต่างประเทศได้ ก้อต้องมาท่องเที่ยวในประเทศแทน แต่หากบริการแบบนี้ คงยากที่จะทำให้ลูกค้ากลับมาใช้บริการอีก

We were there just when the covid-19 was happening but the staff couldn’t of been more helpful to us. As we got isolated to the resort the staff went out of the way to do things for us and make our stay as enjoyable as it possibly could be. From setting up a special dinner down at the beach to just always making sure we had all we needed.

Séjour de 8 nuits dans ce magnifique établissement. Situé sur la côté calme de l'île, la détente est parfaite. A savoir qu'a 50m de l'hôtel, vous avez la possibilité de louer des scooters pour environ 5euros par jours. L'hôtel met à disposition des vélos pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Le service est au top et la qualité des repas excellent. Le petit déjeuner est à l'attente de cet établissement. Pour ceux qui prennent une chambre avec PoolAcess, c'est le côté plus calme est privatif. Pour ceux qui aiment la musique et la fête, vous avez la possibilité de la PoolParty et les soirées à thèmes. Couché de soleil tous les soirs avec une superbe vue. Comme les autres Hôtels de la chaîne, celui de Koh Samui est au top.

all staff here serve the customer with spirit service (look at my eye, smile , say "Sawadee Kha'" ) and very active to respond to my questions/requests. Place and room are good for relaxing and for Holliday

Good hotel for companies and parties
The hotel is pretty good. We like territory of the hotel. Nice service. outstanding views. As a big minus Is the cousin of the hotel. Everything is not delicious. Need to find somewhere to eat or food delivery. The furniture and the rooms need to be renovate. The beach is too small(((

A family friendly resort with offer of some water sports free of charge. A beautiful sunset view at the beach. It takes quite a while to the city shopping mall.
