Absolutely perfect stay! Highly recommended! One minor thing to keep in mind, the hotel's beaches have some rocks, so we needed to go to other beaches.

We loved our welcome drinks and front desk staffs. We loved the atmosphere by the beach, pools, the pool staff was very friendly and SeaSun restaurant staffs were friendly and made us delicious cocktails. We booked 4 rooms to surprise my family for the Thai New Year all the way from New York City. The issues were 2 rooms out of 4 rooms had some facilities problems. First room issue was the outlet in the bathroom and AC unit wasn’t working. We called front desk and they be able to sent someone from maintenance to fix it luckily. The second room issue was the front door couldn’t locked and unsafe, AC unit was working very poorly. We called and they be able to responded on 1 out of 2 and fix the AC unit but never responded to fix the front door that couldn’t lock for the rest of the stay. It was 4 days 3 nights stayed. Buffet staffs were so rude to my auntie. One of the staffs were asked if we need any drinks, juice, coffee or anything to start the breakfast buffet. The staff responded was “juice you can help yourself at the bar we do not offer juice service to the table” meanwhile at Sri Panwa they be able to assist us with the very basic simple inquiries without hesitation or any kind of attitude. We definitely not looking forward to come back with my whole family of 14 people and the amount of the money that we spent it should be minimal issues regarding all the issues were occurred during our stays to celebrate our Thai New Year nor stay for the future.

Great state of the art holiday hotel - quiet, great service of the employees who are extremely nice and service oriented. Not one of those overcrowded hotels. If you want all inclusive and cheap food you may want to book somewhere else - this hotel is a little bit more on the pricy side.

The restaurant Lagan cuisine or whatever it was called gave me and my brother both severe food poisoning for the entire day. Was the only meal we ate that day so we were 100 percent sure. Do not recommend the restaurant and don’t eat the chicken pad Thai. Not the hotels fault really but was very disappointing. We were living in the bathroom for about 30 hours.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui. The property and rooms are of great quality. The facilities for the resort are great, with several pools and a private beach to choose from. Special call out to Looktan from the Club Lounge, who’s service was amazing and helpful. Also recommend using the spa at the property as it was great. Will be staying again.

Nice hotel and staff. There was no closets in our room to store our stuff so everything was left at our suitcase which is uncomfortable. Also, hotel is distanced from the chaweng center, no option to walk so a car or scooter is a must. Using taxi is not convenient (on average 4 trips a day if you want to go to bars at night )

Property is amazing the rooms are all modern and spacious, beds are comfortable. The resort itself is beautiful. The only drawback would be the beach area does not contain sand but small little tiny rocks, the beach area is also limited in size and large rocks in the water. Overall amazing stay great food and great atmosphere.

空港から近くて良い。 プールは5ヶ所あり、6歳の娘は飽きずに4日遊べた。(1ヶ所はアダルトオンリー) 子供のプレイルームも重宝した。他の国のゲストは、子供だけ預けてどこか行ってしまう。 朝食は美味しく飽きなかった。昼と夜は2ヶ所しかレストランがなく飽きた。

以下の2点以外は素晴らしかったです。特にスタッフが素晴らしかったのが印象に残りました。 一点目はホテル内のレストランが少ないので、長期滞在には厳しいと思いました。メニューもそれほどないため、食べたい物がなくなります。 二点目は繁華街から遠いので毎回毎回タクシーをたのまなくてはなりません。一点目の関係で外食も毎回タクシー。安いマッサージを受けるのもタクシー。徒歩圏内に何も無いのは痛いですね。

Parfait pour se relaxer
Hôtel récent, chambre très grande, calme propre et confortable. Très bon service, petit déjeuner et salle de gym. L’hôtel est un peu excentré mais des taxis sont disponibles à la réception pour rejoindre le centre (300 thb) ou fisherman village (400 thb). Parfait pour se relaxer !

One of the most flawless hotel experiences. The property is beautiful and the staff are beyond amazing. Everyone I spoke to is very courteous. The food was excellent. The service is impeccable. Please consider adopting the cats that live on the property, especially the cats. The guests love them and they bring very good luck. Thank you for a great stay in Koh Samui.
