No value for money.
Not at all value for the money. Bad service, dirty and poor outdoor area, the old seemed very old and the bathroom was terrible. Not well cleaned eighter. And please, do not eat at the beach restaurant. The only good thing was its good location.

Flott hotell som vi gjerne besøker igjen
Først av alt, IKKE bestill en village villa. Der er det en uutholdelig lukt av råte/mugg og helt umulig å være. Ligger også på andre siden av veien. Vi fikk oppgradert rommet vårt til et superior rom og ble da veldig fornøyde. Supert hotell med et flott basseng og restaurant. Fin beliggenhet, stille og rolig, men kun 5 min gangavstand til sentrum. Stranden kunne vi ikke bruke dessverre (mye grums og greier i vannet), men vi gikk i 10 min nedover stranden og fant en flott plass. Absolutt å anbefale.

Ok hotell med vennlig betjening. Rommet mitt med virket noe slitt. Badekar med dusj var lite tilfredsstillende for meg. Stranden i lagunen var dårlig med mye grums

Meget bra service.. Og ligger på en rolig og fin strand. Langt fra De barene med masse lyd/støy Men ett sliten hotel til den prisen.. Burde fått mere for pengene. Spesielt på Garden bungalow. vet ikke hvordan de andre rommene er.

2 min walk to the beach or shopping. Great pool. Buffet breakfast had fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries, or hot, cooked choices. Very clean room and friendly efficient staff. We would stay there again.

the hotel offers direct access onto the beach with lovely pool to cool down in, the bar area in the beach is vibrant with a collection of seating and the restaurant over looks the beach and sea. The rooms are cleaned daily with pool towels provided

Mooi gelegen aan het strand, mooie bar, restaurant en super zwembad. Echter de kamers zijn geen 4 sterren waardig. Deze zijn gedateerd, muren hebben verf nodig. De badkamer is gedateerd en stinkt. Daarnaast hadden wij in de kamer erg veel last van muggen (meer dan ik in onze hele vakantie heb gezien)

Away from night time noises
Very happy with our stay. We were across the road in the Teak wing. This is not a first class resort, as its rates would suggest. However it is definitely value for money. Breakfast was good and the pool adjacent to the restaurant is exceptional.

Abgewohnt, schlechter Service, nicht zu empfehlen
Es war einmal ein sehr gutes Hotel, das ist aber sehr lange her. Die Zimmer sind in extremster Weise abgewohnt, alles ist sehr alt, schmutzig und kaputt. Das Zimmer wird quasi überhaupt nicht gereinigt, es gibt nämlich nur 1 Zimmermädchen für das ganze Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr unfreundlich und unkompetent. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht somderlich gut. Nur das Personal im Restaurant ist noch recht bemüht. Unsere Empfehlung: Verbringen Sie ihren Urlaub woanders. Am Chaweng gibt es sehr schöne alternativen.

Schönes Hotel im Thai Stil
Mein Aufenthalt war im gesamten gut, die Freundlichkeit des Personals dürfte zum Teil besser sein. Gerade beim Frühstück wäre ein Lächeln angebracht gewesen. Die Lage direkt an der Beach und die Nähe zum Zentrum waren perfekt.

Absolutely loved It! The pool was huge and within a few feet from the beach. The staff was great, the property was beautiful and clean and within walking distance to the night market! Made my stay in Koh Samui a dream.

Waar voor je geld
Waar voor je geld. Erg goed en groot zwembad, prima kamers (1 dubbel bed + 1 enkel bed) voor een redelijke prijs. Ook nog connected rooms, voor een gezin is dit prima!) Niet erg sfeervol. Met een beetje extra moeite zou dit nog een veel beter verblijf kunnen zijn. Boek nooit een kamer/huisje aan de verkeerde kant van de straat maar altijd aan de beach- side.

Worn down rooms in an otherwise nice resort
Pros - nice big pool on a beachfront property with a very nice poolside bar and a restaurant. Cons - very old tired and musky rooms. They were clean but were just dated. The air conditioner works well but I felt the filter needed changing as it made me cough quite a lot. Tv deception awful. We paid about £50 a night which for this resort was generally worth it. You get all the benefits of a lovely pool but the rooms are a let down. It is priced accordingly in my view.

Fint hotell med utmärkt poolområde precis intill stranden. Det enda negativa med detta hotell var vattnet från kranarna. Det var gult och luktade fruktansvärt äckligt.

Hotelanlage mit "Ups"und "Downs"
Ein grosser Pool in einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage direkt am Strand. Leider sind die Zimmer und vor allem die Einrichtungen sehr ins Alter gekommen. Eine Renovation wäre hier wirklich angesagt.

Not worth the price by a long-shot
I really don't like giving negative reviews but this one is required to save others from making the same mistake. The hotel did not tick any of the boxes that I feel are a must when spending well over $100 for a room in Thailand. The bathroom was not clean and the plumbing very suspect, with the handle nearly falling off every time you tried to flush. Water exceptionally brownish yellow, and while you will see this often in Thailand, can't recall THAT dirty of water. Cleaning staff, while friendly, needs more workers. We expect a clean room after a day of sightseeing & being about. Seemed no longer how long we left the room, it was still not cleaned by the time we returned and more than once had to request a cleaning from front desk. You can tell the grounds of the hotel were once beautiful but that was long ago and nobody has bothered to renovate for a couple decades. It should be noted that our first 5 nights in Ko Samui were at a different hotel, one just a few blocks north and the SAME price. This hotel was amazing so coming to this place made it extra disappointing. (why did we change? Well, the other hotel was full on this busy week between Christmas and NYE)
