«Imano is a cozy, well run hostel that is impeccably clean. The beds are comfortable. The women only floor is secured with a lovely common area and a fridge.
Imano was the first hostel i ever visited 3 years ago and i will gladly visit again.
With the money you save staying here you can head to the super sento (3 mins walk) and relax after the day walking Tokyo.
Closest station exit is Shinjuku sanchome E1 which also has an elevator (close to golden gai). »

«I had a great stay at this property! While the room itself had more of a dorm-style setup—compact and simple—it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short or extended stay. The space was well-kept and thoughtfully arranged to make the most out of the smaller layout.
The property overall was quiet, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Common areas were neat and easily accessible, and it felt like a safe and welcoming environment. The management was responsive and ...

«It definitely is a hostel, with common bathrooms and showers. Room was clean front area is nice to relax and front staff are friendly and casual. Also has laundry room which is nice. Only issue I had is that the check-in kiosk couldn’t read my credit card. So paid cash at the front desk. »

«This is the nicest one star hotel I’ve ever been in. I stayed in 3 star hotels that were not as nice. Great area but a little far from a train station. Very comfortable beds. And well priced »

«Enkelt og greit hotell, lett og finne fra metro. Wi-fi signalet på rommet var veldig dårlig, og frokosten er heller ikke stort å skryte av. Bortsett fra dette, greit hotell for en billig penge.»

«A very friendly, clean and quiet hotel; a welcome place to rest after a day of action out in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The staff take great pride in how they welcome and help their guests and everything is spotless. Highly recommend!»

«About a month before arrival, I attempted to contact the hostel to inform them that we would be arriving late at night. I called the listed phone number multiple times over several days, but no one answered. Eventually, someone picked up – a man claiming to be the cleaner – who proceeded to yell at me for calling what he claimed was an “emergency number.” He told me to use an email address that I was supposedly sent. When I explained that I had never received such an email, he refused to provide ...

"the hotel was close to the subway so very easy to explore Tokyo. The room itself was decent size with a quiet aircon and soft blankets. The room was cleaned every 3 days and new towels everyday so one can go to the spa resort. "
