«Alle ansatte er utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Helt greit hotell som tilbyr god fasiliteter som selvbetjente vaskemaskiner til en god pris som er er stort pluss. Ligger noe upraktisk til men er ikke noe problem å gå i ca 5 min til banen.»

«Sotetsu Fresa Inn is as usual very reliable and easy. The location was perfect and with many transportation opportunities close by. The room was typical Japanese size. The only thing that annoyed me was the fact the cleaning service would not make your bed if you have anything on your bed, though the hotel informed this policy on a piece of paper, but there were so many different papers and pamphlets, its not easy to notice every single detail. «2泊しましたが、お部屋は清潔で5人で充分な広さでした。洗面台が二つあるのは、とても良かったです。モーニングは、ハンバーガーやオレンジジュースがとても美味しかったです。 また利用したいと、家族で話しています。 私たちは早い時間にチェックインをしたので、待ち時間はなかったのですが ディズニー閉園時間後のチェックインの列、エレベーターの列がすごくて、見ていて気の毒になりました。その時間だと、アメニティのコーナーもほぼなくなっていました。 どの時間にチェックインしても同じ満足度になることを期待します。»
