The modern vacation home (85 m²) is located in the Asterstein district of Koblenz, has 3 bedrooms, living/dining room with dining area for 5 people, separate U-shaped kitchen (including appliances from Miele and Liebherr) with integrated dining area for 3 people, shower room with humidity-controlled ceiling fan/WC, guest WC, balcony, terrace with electric awning and garden furniture.

The rooms are spread over three levels.



The interior was extensively renovated at the end of 2020 and the exterior was redesigned at the same time:

- Renovation and widening of the terrace from 2.80m to 3.20m

- Creation of a storage area for bicycles (not covered)

- Facade painting in spring 2021

City maps, travel guides, cycling and hiking maps as well as extensive information material about Koblenz, the Middle Rhine Valley and the surrounding area are available in the vacation home.

In addition, a baby travel cot, two highchairs, a stool and a seat reducer for the toilet are available at no extra charge.



Parking in the immediate vicinity on public roads is free of charge.



Good bus connections (lines 5/15 and 26) 3 minutes from the vacation home to the nearest bus stop

Various interesting mini group day tickets (up to 5 people) for Koblenz and the entire VRM bus and train network. You will receive further helpful information on public transport personally on arrival.
