«Great place to unwind and relax. Very isolated place with few rooms, so very calm vibe. "This time was a HUGE let-down - and we really regret spending 5 nights here. The location itself - it sits on a large hill/peninsula. This means that no matter where you are going - you will most likely have to use one of the cars they have to shuffle you around. And they have 226 rooms - so you can imagine that there are a large amount of people to move, especially during the busy hours. The issue here is that they dont have enough cars to shuffle people around - so every time we wanted to go somewhere, you first have to walk to one of the pick up locations . Then you had to wait - in average about 5-10 minutes before being picked up. On average - going to breakfast - to the beach, to the gym, lunch, and dinner, we had to do this 6-8 times a day waiting on average 45-60 minutes per day for a pick up! That is just not what I imagined myself doing during my holiday. Increase the number of cars! The staff : Something is not right and they do not seem to be content with their job. There are plenty of staff - but for some reason they are required to take photos of everything they are doing - so they spend more time making sure they have documented their job than to pay attention to customers. The food is utterly tasteless at all the restaurants -we tried them all. The breakfast is great! Gym closes at 19pm - for no reason we can understand. Pools are great. The beach is wonderful. We love Santhiya brand, but we are not coming back, every, again to thiso one. "
