"This place is the perfect retreat to relax. It's away from the main street ao its quiet, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the food is beyond amazing. It's good with nature, everyday we saw lizards and squirrels. They have a breakfast menu on top of a buffet. The room service is really great. The staff even help you with laundry. The placement is not to far away from everything."

"We had a truly magical time here at SAii. If you are looking for a peaceful place surrounded by nature, with white sandy beaches and a magical atmosphere, this is definitely the place to be. The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and polite. Unfortunately, we had an accident at Monkey Beach when we were scratched by a monkey. We strongly recommend that you do not touch or approach the monkeys, as you may have to go through a lot of medication and vaccinations, which can unfortunately affect your holiday. After spending a couple of days in the hospital, we were so well taken care of by the hotel. When we returned, we were welcomed back with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a cake, cookies, and lovely decorations on our bed both for my birthday and to welcome us back from the hospital. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The local area is also wonderful. There is a small town behind the hotel that is very charming and cozy. There are no ATMs here, so if you need cash, make sure to withdraw money before you arrive. Otherwise, you can use your card 😊 and you can also get cash back at the supermarket. A huge thank you to Tanya and Sandra for all your kindness, help, and support. You were absolutely wonderful! We stayed for 7 days and had such a memorable experience. ❤️"

"Great beach/pool front villa. Amazing pool area next to the beach. Everything perfect, but - - the sound from the night clubs on the other end of the beach is crazy between 21.00 and 02.30 - and a HUGE contrast to the beauty and tranquility of the experience outside of those hours (to an extent and volum I can not explain) For that reason I would bring noise canceling airbuds or something similar if I returned - and which it would have been appreciated if the hotel pre informed. I understand the difficulty trying to explain guests this pre-booking. However prior to arrival or at check- in, they would do themselves a big favor by sharing this information. Other than this an excellent location and staff"

"Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold på Panan! Hotellrommet var veldig fint og rent, selv om man kan se at det begynner å bli litt slitt. Personalet var veldig vennlig og hjelpsomme og beliggenheten var super. Flotte bassengområder! Fantastisk frokost med utrolig godt og variert innhold. Beste frokosten vi har hatt her!"
