Our stylish villa is located within an exclusive residential complex and boasts the absolute best position on the property—it is the most spacious villa and sits closest to the swimming pool! The layout is spread over two beautifully designed floors, maximizing natural light and open space.



🏡 Ground Floor (Living & Dining Area):



Fully Equipped Kitchen (To the left of the entrance): A modern kitchen stocked with all the essential cookware, utensils, and appliances needed for long-term stays and guests who love to cook.



Living & Dining Room (To the right of the entrance): A wide-open, sunlit space featuring a comfortable sofa, a chic dining setup, and a smart TV. The entire living area looks out onto the pool and lush surrounding gardens through massive floor-to-ceiling glass windows.



Guest Restroom: Conveniently located right across the main entrance, adjacent to the staircase leading upstairs.

The top floor features two private, luxurious suites designed for ultimate comfort and independence:



The Right Suite: A spacious bedroom featuring a large window with beautiful, direct views of the blue sea.

Peace & Quiet (Noise Policy): Our boutique complex is a sanctuary for relaxation. Parties, events, or the use of loud sound systems/speakers are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM—please respect your neighbors.



Embracing Tropical Nature: The villa is surrounded by lush, beautiful tropical greenery. While the house is sparkling clean and undergoes continuous, rigorous housekeeping, encountering small insects or local geckos is a normal part of island life in Thailand. This is completely natural and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.



Water & Electricity Policy: Water usage is fully included in your stay. For electricity, we provide a generous daily allowance included in the price, which easily covers standard, comfortable home usage. To encourage eco-friendly habits, extra charges will only apply in cases of excessive waste (e.g., leaving all air conditioners running on high with doors and windows wide open, or keeping them on while you are out of the villa all day).
