Happy days
Perfect place to stay in White Sand Beach. Close to night food marked, bars, restaurants, massage, shops, etc. Nice room, nice pools and spa. Beach is pretty good. Restaurant is nice with good food. Breakfast is almost top ten, if they could add cheese and bacon, it would be perfect. Fitness room is average. Tread mills screams after mantainance. So do the rest of the equipment. All in all a very nice place to stay. Recommended.

Ok stay
From what was available for our visit to Koh Chang, this hotel looked ok so we booked. The rooms were ok, nothing extraordinary. This hotel does not have elevator so be aware. No bar service at the pool, the bar was there but closed throughout our stay. When checking out a day early, forms had to be filled and signed, like a prisoner, needed to state reason for leaving etc,

A very good and conveniant resort on White Sands. All rooms are large and fresh. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Two pool bars. Pool area both seaside and hillside building. It is ok to stay hillside and use the pool and beach seaside. Towels provided. Enough sunbeds, but front row seaside goes first. The beach is very nice here. In the evening restaurants move out on the beach. The resort is nice for families, couples and others that are looking for all in one place. The service is also good, and they sorted out the small problems we had.

Hotellet har fin beliggenhet og er et av de hotellene på denne stranda med høyest standard. Personalet snakker lite engelsk, men prøver så godt de kan. Servicen var både og. De var lite tilgjengelig i restauranten når man ønsker regningen eller noe annet etter at man har lagt inn bestilling.

Careful with the shower
Very noisy aircon, even at minimum... Be careful with shower, temp varies a lot, 25-40c.... Smells damp in rooms, some more than others, but staff was helpful to change. Great pool-area, very nice gym. Breakfast was nice, both continental and thai.

Perfekt beliggenhet men tvilsom service
Vi var her 11 netter og hadde en Villa deluxe garden. Hotellet har en bra beliggenhet på White Sand Beach og har et fint basseng som ligger fint ved siden av stranden. Hotellets gjester er stort sett eldre mennesker og barnefamilier så det er ganske rolig. Hotellet har en kjempefin poolbar og restaurant, problemet er at prisene her er dobbel ift alle andre steder på WSB. Personalet som betjener poolbaren er mer opptatt av å sitte på telefon og Ipad enn å servere kunder. Dette i kombinasjon med høye priser gjør at poolbaren er tom nesten hele dagen. Frokosten er OK, men mangler grovbrød og ost. Vi la også merke til at rengjøringen på badet var nesten fraværende. WIFI er som mange andre skriver dårlig. Ustabilt, tregt og i perioder fraværende. Interessant at det også på rommet finnes en prisoversikt/avgiftoversikt på hva det koster hvis ting blir borte fra rommet. Feks hvis minibar-menuen ble borte måtte det betales et gebyr på 1000 baht(!)...tror jeg aldri har sett noe lignende på et hotel

VELDIG bra, renslig&barnevennlig hotell, anbefales
Veldig bra hotell, Perfekt beliggenhet, er under oppussing men det var ikke noe problem for oss. var der fra 27. juni 2014 - søndag 13. juli 2014. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening., grei frokost, fantastisk pizzarestaurant og bra vanlig restaurant. Veldig barnevennlig, junior på 7 bodde i bassenget, og vi var der og ved bassenget nede ved havet. Er under oppussing , men blir klart nå rett før hjul. Vi skal tilbake neste år, kan anbefales , rimelig ,rent og perfekt lokasjon for en god ferie.

Ombygging , vær på vakt....
Har bodd her tidligere, og vært svært tilfreds. Nå er det store forandringer og frokostrestauranten mot sjøen er revet, forkost ble servert på motsatt side av hovedgaten. Bassengområdet er bra og det er få skritt derfra og ned til stranden. Wifi fungerte dårlig og det anbefales å kjøpe internettilgang fra AIS. Vi kan anbefale stedet.

Allas-alue pelasti kulahtaneen hotellin
Hotelli oli jo aikaa nähnyt. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli tympein kokemus ikinä. Annettiin vain avaimet ja sanottiin tuohon suuntaan. Kukaan ei kertonut esim aamupalasta, allas-alueesta tai muista käytönnöistä mitään. Allas-alue oli todella hyvä ja aamupala erittäin kattava ihanalla merinäkymällä.

Not a good experience
Old tired Hotel which is in need of an overhaul. Rooms smell and are very damp. Had the poo tank outside our room so moved as the room smelt like a toilet. Had to run around the shower to get wet as the water presser is nothing, toilet didn’t like flushing so needed to press 3/4 times good for water saving. Second time at the hotel and it hasn’t improved so won’t be back. 6 years between stays.

Trevligt hotell nära allt
Ligger i slutet av stranden, och stranden utanför hotellet är stenig så man får gå förbi/via hotellet och in på stranden. Finns flera restauranger precis bredvid hotellet på stranden och ännu fler högre upp. Precis utanför hotellet finns en matmarknad öppen fr 17.00 som är jättebra. Assistans/vakt vid övergångsstället 24/7 vilket verkligen uppskattades då vi reser med barn. Läget på hotellet är kanon, finns även massa restauranger och butiker på huvudgatan som är nära. Hotellet är uppdelat i två delar; hill och sea. Båda trevliga och har pooler för både vuxna och barn. Kids club och gym ligger vid hill och restaurangen vid sea. Trevlig personal och bra mat. Enda nackdelen var att enda pålägget på frukosten var marmelad samt att utemöblerna på balkongen saknade dynor och var superhårda att sitta på.

Stayed here for one night and chose the Deluxe Villa Sea View. Beautiful room and great view. The staff were kind and welcoming. Great breakfast and great restaurant overall. The pool area was very nice as well. The pool was not heated and that was great since the air temperature was hot! Lovely hotel, great location at White Sand Beach. We would love to come back!

Nice resort on the beach noting need to check this when booking as also have across the road (that is also ok) Stayed at chalet which is great. Large comfy room. Swimming pool close to the beach is great. Food is good, pad kapow pork, Tom yum etc

Erittäin miellyttävä hotelli rannnalla. Iso ja puhdas. Palvelu oli erinomaista. Aamupala nautittiin huikeassa ravintolassa meren äärellä. Sängyt mukavat.

Anniversary upgrade
We were upgraded to a ocean front villa for our anniversary which was greatly appreciated. The spa bathroom was awesome especially the tub area. We did have some issues with the shower faucet not getting hot water as well as the bathroom sink didn't have hot water. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Too bad that there was no beach as showed on there hotel photos.

rigtigt dejligt hotel og fine værelser. det mærkes dog at de stadig er ramt af manglende turister i byen hvor mange butikker stadig er lukket ned. Stranden var ikke til at bruge ( nok pga årstiden ) vandet var som vesterhavet og der var rødt flag. vi måtte tage derfra allerede efter 5 nætter pga vejret - ikke godt i regntiden - men Koh Chang virker som en skøn ø der må udforskes på et andet tidspunkt
