The Space:

Accessed via external stairs leading up to the apartment, the space opens into a beautiful open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is completely self service and includes everything you need for a home away from home, including a dishwasher, cookware, utensils, and essentials for longer stays.



The living area features a 50 inch Smart TV and super fast WiFi, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or working remotely.



The bedroom is comfortable and spacious with a double bed, and we also provide an electric king-sized airbed for additional guests if needed.



Outside, you’ll find a private tiled terrace with outdoor furniture, the perfect spot for summer evenings relaxing with a glass of wine.

Guest Access:

The apartment is located above a pharmacy on the high street. There is a secure public car park to the rear of the property, which is free after 3pm.



You can access the apartment either from the rear car park or from the front via the side of the pharmacy. Please note there are stairs leading up to the property , one flight to reach the terrace level and a further flight of stairs up to the apartment itself.



Due to the stair access, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

Knutsford is one of Cheshire’s most desirable and picturesque towns, known for its charming streets, independent boutiques, and excellent restaurants. The apartment is located right in the heart of the town centre, so you’re just steps away from cafés, wine bars, shops and local amenities.



For those who enjoy the outdoors, The Moor and Tatton Park are both nearby, offering beautiful walking routes, open parkland, lakes and scenic countryside. It’s perfect for morning walks, weekend exploring or simply enjoying some fresh air.

Manchester city centre is approximately 30 minutes by car or train, offering world class shopping, dining, nightlife and events. You’re also perfectly positioned to explore the wider Cheshire countryside and surrounding villages.

Getting Around:

There are three secure public car parks located close to the apartment , one opposite and another to the rear of the property. There is also on street parking available nearby.



Knutsford train station is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, with regular services connecting you to Manchester and surrounding areas, making it easy to travel without a car. There are also local bus routes running through the town, providing additional transport links across Cheshire and beyond.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.



We can provide a king-sized electric airbed for additional guests if required , please let us know in advance so we can prepare this for your stay.



The apartment is located above a family-run pharmacy on the high street, so you’ll be right in the centre of Knutsford with everything on your doorstep.

We do charge a small, one-off damage waiver fee or, alternatively, a refundable damage deposit. This is in place to help protect the property against any accidental damage during your stay. We use a trusted third-party guest screening company who will collect and verify guest ID prior to arrival.



If you choose the damage deposit option, please note that the funds are only pre-authorized on your card. No money is withdrawn from your account; the amount is simply held temporarily and released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
