John and Sarah were happy to help with anything we needed and were very kind and accommodating when a storm disrupted our travel plans. Would highly recommend.»

«We spent two lovely weeks at the Brownstown Lodge. The house is spacious and comfortable. It was a good base for our exploration of western Ireland. Thomas responded immediately to our texts. Jim and Mary were wonderful hosts. There was cake and a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers waiting for us upon arrival. Midway through our stay, Mary brought us a delicious homemade rhubarb crisp! We loved the peaceful country setting. We are in a hotel now in Dublin. . .missing the comforts of the Brownstown ...

«Ireland itself and especially this residence gave us way more than we expected. we rent this house for 7 persons and stayed 10 days. In fact it felt more like 3 weeks. You instantly feel home - there is a big difference if the residence is owner used or just commercially used for tourists.»
