Spread across three floors, this charming mid-terrace property in a quiet residential area invites you to unwind the moment you step inside. Lovingly decorated with a warm and homely touch, Prospect Retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.



On the ground floor, the living room provides a cosy haven to curl up and relax. Sink into the sofa and enjoy a movie night on the flat screen Sky Ultimate TV, framed by soft hues of blue and yellow and filled with natural light from the large window.



The open plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly blends modern convenience with traditional charm. With sleek wooden cabinets, black speckled worktops and all the appliances you could need for a self-catered stay, it’s the perfect setting for cooking and sharing delicious meals. Gather around the wooden dining table to entertain, chat and enjoy quality time together.



You’ll also find a handy ground floor WC and a utility area for added practicality.



Head upstairs to the first floor where two beautiful bedrooms await. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed dressed in crisp white linens, colourful soft furnishings and thoughtful touches to ensure restful nights.



The second bedroom, with its high ceilings and double bed, offers a warm and inviting space for couples or solo travellers.



The family bathroom on this floor features a bath with an overhead shower, marble-effect tiles and everything you need to refresh and unwind.

Guests have access to the full property.



Access to Prospect Retreat is via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.



Parking is available next door to the property in a private car park run by Knaresborough Kitchens. This is chargeable at £10 per day. Parking here is subject to availability.



Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Prospect Retreat per reservation.
