«We stayed here for a couple of nights, and cannot fault either the room (we had a dog friendly room) Bed was comfy, bathroom very modern and clean.
I can certainly recommend the full English breakfast, possibly one of the best I've ever had, there are lighter options.
We also had dinner here on both nights, again the food was great with good range of choices although in my opinion slightly pricey.
Staff at breakfast and dinner were smart, attentive and polite. Apart from the intense heat, which ...

«Stille og rolig strøk, kort vei til sentrum og severdighetene. Stor leilighet. God kommunikasjon med utleier. Koselig å rusle langs elva. »

«The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road.
We had a fabulous 3 days.»

«There are a number of rooms above the pub. Stayed for one night and would stay again for one night. Close to the Barbican, had a single room with ensuite. The shower was lovely, only having a hand towel less so. The room was very warm and a fan was provided but you had to decide between quiet and sweaty. Breakfast was included and there was an extensive menu. Just a bit mixed - good for a night, couldn't see myself staying there for longer.»

«Father and son stopover after two days of hiking during a long drive home. The Wellington Hotel was exactly what we needed — easy check‑in, no fuss, clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers, and a genuinely tasty breakfast that set us up for the rest of the journey. Simple, welcoming, and spot‑on. Highly recommended.»

«Really relaxed vibe and Jack was a great host. The ‘help yourself’ breakfast was a great idea and the little things like, have a bottle of water out of the fridge, went a long way.
Room was clean, light and airy. Had everything you could possibly want eg posh coffee maker etc, bottles of water/fizzy drink.
Jack made some lovely recommendations for places to see/eat/visit and we can highly recommend The Plough Inn and Jorvine too!
Will return for another visit!»
