«From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. From start to finish, I experienced genuinely warm, attentive and professional hospitality, which made my stay particularly enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner were of an excellent standard, with a wonderful emphasis on quality and local produce. The real highlight, however, is the family-owned vineyard and winery itself. Sheraton Zagreb Hotel

8/10 Bra

"The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were large enough, clean, and the beds were nice. The two working in the hotel bar were both informative and service-minded. The room service was proper. Though, as the spa and gym are joint facilities and the hotel only allows ten hotel guests there at the same time - it is limited how much and often you may use these facilities. There are members outside the hotel that are allowed to use the gym, thus, this limits the opportunities. As we were a party of eight, and had youngsters with us, we were not able to be there at the same time, nor half of us. Additionally, the hotel helped us book a taxi. This driver charged 70 euro on a distance other drivers charged 40. When using the hotel's service one expect not to be scammed. Besides from that - neatly situates in Zagreb and recommendable. If you have the oppotunity, do eat at the Italia restaurant 500 metres down the street - it is a gem!"
