Et lite og romantiske resort, avsidesliggende og med idyllisk strand med massevis av plass. Ingen kamp om solsengen eller annen typisk charter problematikk. Meget godt kjøkken.

First Timer in Rayong
Great resort,friendly staff and nice location the beach 200 meters from the hotel property .Quiet area great for a relaxing time. Nice little bar ( Dive Bar ) next to the resort and if you want make a quick trip into town hotel offers a free shuttle service .

Great view, nice beach, quiet location, nice pool. They've got some kinks to work out in the customer service department. The manager did offer a discount at the end of my stay to make up for a few small yet irritating issues.

Needs improvements
Great location but water temperature is a big issue when you the showers either steaming or very cold. Also when we checked in it was clear that the person at the front desk was confused about safety procedure for foreigners. Need more training for the staff. And no alcoholic beverages in the facility. We had to go to the other resorts to enjoy a drink. Great location is the only plus.

Perfect relaxation!
Excellent experience at Centara q! Hotel and room clean and bed very comfortable. Fantastic water view from room 705. Service outstanding in all areas... room service, restaurant, shuttle and front desk. Breakfast choices were high quality and many options. Beach area clean and mostly quiet...water perfect. Great place to relax as there is nothing to walk to in the area. But there is all day shuttle service to town for eating seafood or relaxing at a different beach area...or for water at 7/11. Would certainly stay here again. Thanks Centara for a wonderful stay!

Suggestions (stayed 27 Dec to 10 jan)
Quiet beach resort, bathroom could do with magnifying mirror. Room could do with a full length mirror. Staff very helpful. Could benefit with activities like table tennis on days of high tide and wind. We had after effects of storm Pabut. On days like these flexibility required to lay on extra trips to next village, eg. .Spa could include manicure and pedicure services! Excellent breakfast, but for people on long stays would be nice to have some variations on food provided. We occupied room 703 which had a fantastic sea view. Had pad Thai in quicksand on first evening and ithie noodles were stuck together. I expected a dish with high national profile to be cooked perfectly. Had lunch one day and food took an hour to arrive. That really put us off eating in the restaurant. where are the fish cakes, another very well known item on Thai menu? All suggestions would make the Centara almost perfect! Great effort made for New Years Eve celebration, and every thing was cleared up the next day!

Nice hotel in a peacefull area
Nice hotel in a pecefull area. Helpfull personnal. We had a problem the first night, one bed was missing for a kid, but they solve it the next day. Clean beach, and the hotel has developped a Spa for Kid too.

Nice hotel direct at the sea with their own beach area. Many Thai families enjoy this hotel with their kids. Friendly and helpful staff.. The service at the beach could be better. .Extremely loud beach parties ttake place on some evenings. All in all, however, a recommendable hotel.
