Stay in the heart of Franconian wine country in Kitzingen in the middle of the historic old town! The 115 m² maisonette apartment in the former Gassner brewery dating back to 1876 has been freshly renovated and furnished to a high standard.

On your way into the apartment, you will first find the spacious sleeping area, which is furnished with two QUEENSIZE box-spring beds, two clothes rails and a standing mirror.

From there you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which has a
fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils so that you can cook for yourself and your loved ones.

You will also find a coffee and tea station with a modern Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of coffee and tea so that you can start the new day fresh.

From the kitchen, you also have access to the small but elegant bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, mirror and make-up mirror. In addition to high-quality towels and a hairdryer, we naturally also provide you with shampoo and shower gel.

From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the beautiful living and dining area, which
invites you to relax on the spacious couch and offers a unique oasis of well-being thanks to the charming stone wall of the former brewery.

The Smart TV provides entertainment for you and all your loved ones after a stressful day.

The large dining table offers enough space for up to 8 people, perfect for a dinner together or a games evening.

Behind the dining area is the second small sleeping area, which is also equipped with a QUEENSIZE box-spring bed and a clothes rail.

Perfect for business travelers: There is also a workstation for mobile working with fast WiFi in the living/dining area.

A parking space is available in the inner courtyard.
