«We had an amazing experience at the Boathouse. The water views are unsurpassed and we even saw bald eagles circling above the bay. Everything is so wonderfully comfortable and furnished so well that it was hard to leave. You can take wonderful walks in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood or along the beach. We can’t wait to come back.»

«Location was great for my purposes. Very good amenities, everything you need to cook at home. Very comfortable setting. Parking is a little tricky if you park in the garage, but there's room in front of the unit that doesn't impede the main house.»

«What a lovely space to relax and enjoy. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit our last night as we brought in the New Year..The owners were kind and respectful to work with. «The unit was clean and ready on time. We found it comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The reason for 3 stars is we were surprised by how easily we could hear people upstairs. It was g frequent but did take away from the sense of being alone. The second reason is we came back from picking up food and were unexpectedly met by two large, very barky dogs in the back yard, preventing us from accessing the unit. This was startling and a bit scary. »
