Detached holiday home in a dream location with large terrace surrounded by nature

Our secluded farmhouse, located in the Lehrdetal nature reserve, offers you this 80 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds; on the ground floor there’s a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, egg cooker, and freezer. In the living area, enjoy a fireplace and wonderful views of our meadows and the surrounding nature. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, video-on-demand, coffee machine, heating in all rooms, baby cot, high chair, as well as toys and books for children.



The house is step-free and fully accessible inside, with a wheelchair-friendly bathroom on the ground floor. Two communal parking spaces and a shared charging station for electric cars are available. Up to 2 pets are welcome.



Outside, a private, uncovered terrace with garden furniture and parasol awaits you in your own unfenced garden. A barbecue is available free of charge. The communal pool in the main garden is open from May to September and is occasionally heated with a heat pump. At the pool you’ll find an outdoor shower, a large trampoline, a sand playground, and a 25 m zipline. Bicycles in all sizes are available free of charge. In the play barn, you’ll find table football, table tennis, a dartboard, and more.



Your hosts live on-site, but not in the booked house. Enjoy the peaceful, secluded setting right by the pony paddock, free from traffic noise. The central location is perfect for excursions, including amusement and nature parks. The equestrian town of Verden an der Aller, with its charming old town, horse museum, cathedral, Domherrenhaus, leisure pool, and more, is just 15 minutes away by car.
