«Host was great. We were having trouble operating the thermostat. We reached out and they took care of it immediately! House was clean, kitchen well supplied. We don’t swim in just any water. This lake was sooooo clear you could see the bottom @ 12-15 feet off the end of the dock! We had a great time in the water! Fishing was good too. »

«We spent a couple days exploring the Buffalo River area and were looking for a nice hotel to base our trip out of. The lobby looks immaculate in the pictures, and the lobby was probably the best feature of the hotel. The staff wasn’t terribly helpful, the rooms were small and oddly arranged, their breakfast consisted of granola bars, there was no convenient food reasonably close, and the rooms felt dated and worn. I understand that this hotel was built in the 20’s, but I was expecting it to have ...

«The outdoor hot tub was broken. The kitchen sink cabinet was broken and had been poorly fixed that when i went to do dishes it fell on my toe. There was mold under the kitchen sink. Also, there was so much corrosion around the bathroom tub faucet that you could see into the wall. The DVD player didn't work and there should be instructions on how to connect to the DVD to the TV. Even with all these deficits the overall room was clean and had what we needed to have a good time.»

«The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!!»

«My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.»

«Every thing was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again. We went earlier than planned so made two rsvp. Tried to stay in the same room for the duration. No one could help us until we spoke with the hotel staff directly. Expedia, reservations, support all were no help.»

«Clean room and breakfast was yummy! The parts I didn’t like were there was not handicapped accessibility doors either for rooms or the pool areas. I was in a wheelchair and it was hard getting in places. Sunday night the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1:00am and again at 4:40am. No staff said anything to me about it.
