"We were totally disappointed reaching the VENUS APARTMENT KIGALI due to the following reasons: 1. The area is far away from the main city, but to bluff the renters, they marked the Venus Aprtment in the middle of the Kigali city, inside a circle of the main road. 2. The staff was surprised to see us, he called the owner and handed over the mobile to us to talk. The owner was surprisied hearing from us that we booked his apartment..!!!
