«The staff at these apartments was excellent from start to finish. When we needed to swap to a room with sofa bed that was sorted straight away, with grace a smile. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. It had pretty much everything needed in the kitchen. The shower was fabulously hot and they had good quality (and great smelling) soaps and hair wash products. Parking was easy on the street, so I didn’t have to use the parking but it was safe and easy to use. Overall an ...

«There are not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay!! The flat is clean and cozy. It's got everything you need to settle in for a long stay. Coming back after a busy day was a happy experience--like home away from home. The location cannot be beat. Coffee, shops, groceries, restaurants, subway, all within a few short blocks. The icing on top was a lovely and accommodating host. I'm looking forward to coming back. »

«Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!»

«The apartment is further out if town than we hoped but has a shop underneath and Sainsbury’s along the road , the view was lovely , the apartment was very homely. It in need of maintenance and upgrade , the kitchen unit doors were falling off , there was a big hole in skirting board , the heaters were rusty and very dirty but overall the apartment was very comfortable »
