«This was a great location, near the lake and trails! My wife really loved how it was decorated. The only thing that would would be to update the apps on the TV.»

«Very clean and modern space. Within walking distance of many restaurants. There are renters in the lower level of the house with a dog, so sometimes I would hear them, especially in the early morning.»

«This property was very clean, looks just as pictured, and met all of our needs while we were in town. Accessing the property was very straightforward, and Shannon was very responsive both before and during our stay. Would certainly recommend!»

«The Happy House was full of everything we needed and we appreciated the attention to detail. The home was sparkling clean, very comfortable and spacious.»

«Pleasant, cosy house in a peaceful area by the lovely marina. We were only here for a brief layover but the property suited us fine. It was clean, comfortable and well provisioned for guests. Would stay again.»

«Malheurusement, l'état de propreté du logement était désastreuse : toilettes non-lavées, croustilles sur sofa et lits, beaucoup de poussières et saletés sur le plancher, plusieurs toiles d'arraignées, des robinets défectueux, J'ai dû balayer tout le logis et laver et remplacer les draps surs les lits à notre arrivée. «This is a lovely house. It is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks for walking. Additionally there is a walking trail behind the house. The house is within walking distance of Toast and Jam which I highly recommend as a breakfast spot. Everything you need is within a short drive. The host responded quickly to any questions I had (using the VRBO app.) I would book this house again the next time we are in Kingston.»

«Host was very responsive. Quiet area. Comfortable beds.»

«Family friendly, we were a family of 8 and it met all our needs.»

«Bathroom required grab rails and hooks.»

«Very good proximity to Picton Main, many great eateries within walking distance.Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities although only a bodum press is provided, we prefer a coffee maker or better yet, a nespresso machine. The bedrooms & only bathroom upstairs are small but nice. Low ceilings over stairs makes this property somewhat challenging for seniors, anyone that has difficulty walking and small kids. There’s no real usable outdoor space.»

«Spectacular in every way!»
