AMPLE ACCOMMODATIONS AND MODERN COMFORT: Enjoy over 5000 sq ft of living space spread across three floors, with large indoor and outdoor areas offering 180-degree views. Sleeps 16 guests comfortably with 4 bedrooms plus 2 double-sized Murphy beds, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, and 2 separate living spaces to ensure everyone has plenty of space.
WATERFRONT FUN: Take a short walk down to the soft sandy beach and take a refreshing dip in the Llano River part of Lake LBJ, fish, play, or just relax. There is a large private pool, with an 8-foot shelf that is 12” deep, with pool depths up to 7.5 feet. The pool is climate-controlled in the summer and can be heated in the winter. The Swimming Pool has an electric safety cover. Life jackets and beach towels are provided. There is an outside bathroom with a shower for your convenience.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: The first floor features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a stove, commercial sink, and refrigerator. There are multiple seating areas, a TV with a Sonos sound system, a fire pit, and a gas/charcoal grill. Also included is an outdoor game yard with room for frisbee golf, washers, Connect Four, croquet, basketball, and much more!
GAME ROOM: Enjoy the garage game room with a ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, toys for kids, etcetera.

THIRD-FLOOR LIVING: The third level offers an additional living room with two Murphy beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, three bedrooms with queen beds (one also has a twin bunk bed, 2 pack-n-plays, closet space, Smart TV’s, a laundry room, two full bathrooms, one with a shower, one with bathtub/shower combo, double sinks in both. LAKE ACTIVITIES: Enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, water skiing, swimming, and tubing on Lake LBJ. Although we can no longer get boats to the house due to the Flood of 2018, there is access to a private park and boat ramp on open water just over 2 miles from the house.
