Start your day with a cup of coffee from one of the coffee makers, then head out to the pool for a swim. Enjoy breakfast at the outdoor kitchen, perhaps with a swim-up bar cocktail in hand. Spend the afternoon on the deck of the boat dock or head to the lake for some relaxation. As the sun sets, gather around the gas fire pit to unwind with loved ones. The day wraps up with stargazing on the dock or enjoying a movie in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire property including the two story boat dock.

The Neighborhood:
This home is close to golf courses, local wineries & restaurants, hiking and other local attractions such as Longhorn Caverns and Spider Mountain.

Getting Around:
Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from the property and to surrounding attractions.

Other Things to Note:
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

NO PETS ALLOWED! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
