«The picture was photoshopped as the rugs were old and dirty as were the chairs! No fixture in bathroom just a bulb which you cant see in the pics!!! Worst part RATS running in the courtyard where the front of the house is!!! Dumpsters overflowing with garbage!!! Afraid to enter the apt. «The place was great. 10 minute walk to Metro, Chewish deli next door is a great, easy breakfast. Parking wasn't difficult (if you can parallel park), even with 5-6 spaces closed due to construction. I would bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. A lot of windows high up that don't have blinds/curtains, and it can get bright in the morning. »

One car remained in the back driveway as advertised and the other car was parked on the street right in front of our quarters. NO issues with street parking!
