«Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.»

«AC unit was very noisy. One of the two tiny TVs did not work. This is an older building that it appears has had some minimal touch ups, but a lot of it feels dank and sad Check in person was not very friendly, and to top it off the motel charges an extra non refundable incidental fee. "Free" breakfast appears to be just a come on to send business to the pancake house next door. To get their regular breakfast of course you have to pay for it. So one more scam from this place. I think there ...

«No one stays at Red Roof for high end luxury. This is about good value and a comfortable place to sleep. We came for a graduation at UTenn in Knoxville and this hotel fit the bill. The room is small but clean. The lobby is quiet and there is always a fresh pot of coffee on. The hotel is convenient to the highway and less than 20 minutes to downtown. We would stay there again.»
